Mike Salazar from Home Town Plumbing came out with only about an hour’s notice and cleared my main line. My showers and toilets were all backed up, so to me this was an emergency! He immediately knew what to do and quickly took action to clear it. He even had to move my newly planted flowers to get his machine in the right place, but he carefully dug them up and placed them to the side, without damaging them. He has been in business for many years and definitely knows his plumbing! I won’t hesitate to call him again with any plumbing issues. Thank you Mike!

We used Proficient Plumbing for a main line gas leak and they were the best offer out of four quotes and the most professional too. They did the job in a timely manner and even helped us get a faster appointment with Atmos to get a technician out sooner to turn the gas back on after they had finished (which they definitely didn't have to do). I am grateful for the level of integrity that Brian demonstrated in his services to us. My experience with Brian and the installation of a new water heater was a most unusual experience in our currently compromised and controlled world of falsities everywhere.

My need was immediate and also required consideration of funding. Brian was attentive, understanding, heart felt and open with information. He sincerely cared that I didn't have hot water during cold and rainy weather.

The pricing is beyond fair for the labor performed especially as others who are charging 3, 4 and 5 times as much...because others will pay it blindly.

He was considerate, diligent, focused and timely along with follow up on his work. Brian was clear on price with no hidden up charges. Goodness, even laid a tarp structure from the vehicle to the house in the rain to ensure minimal tracking.

He explained how to relight the pilot light if needed and how to perform a yearly easy to do cleaning maintenance to add life to the heater and minimize the sediment buildup.
