Best Garbage Disposal Repair in Irving TX

We used these guys today, May 24, 2016 and were SUPER impressed. Only $85 for a service call! That was way cheaper than anyone else we found. They arrived before my husband was home, and I didn't feel uneasy or unsafe at all. Both were very professional and courteous.

Jorge has an engineering degree, just chose this line of work (reading between those lines = not getting paid for what he's worth) to be with his family more often. Great guy to talk to. Both guys were in and out in about 20 minutes. We had 3 issues and they were able to take care of everything.

I appreciated the thorough communication. He even asked that I send him a picture to ensure he had the right tools/materials before they arrived. I've never experienced that. He returned my phone call/voicemail the very next day (and I had called around night time the night before). He confirmed via text to be sure we were on the same page.

I will definitely use these guys again if I ever have a need. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Ok so I normally don't leave reviews... But I wanted to make sure I left one this time. This company will remain our go to when it comes to plumbing. All workers were very professional. Any questions we had, they answered to their best ability. They made sure we understood what was being done and why. Had Brian come replace a water heater, Job was done, Brian was paid but invoice was never received. He will tell you he will send invoice or receipt and never will. A week later contacted him everyday and still has not send a invoice how hard can it be to send someone a receipt of the job they done.
