I've always called them over the years for various plumbing related installs and repairs and they've gotten the job done neatly, professionally, and very courteous.

They're my first go-to when I need plumbing help, and just recently helped me put in a brand new kitchen disposal, very cleanly done with no leaks or issues.

Due to a mix-up with my home warranty company I had to choose a plumbing service outside my network....so after reading reviews I chose Roto-Rooter. I was so anxious about the cost since I was so used to paying a set amount for any service call but once Norris arrived to fix my urgent plumbing issues I was immediately put at ease. He was professional, courteous and took the time to explain the various troubleshooting options he thought would be necessary to fix my problems. He tried many different things to save me money...and oh my gosh my 1970 year old pipes in a 2 story home were quite a challenge ...the total charge was so much less than I expected. In fact it was 50% less. Norris sincerely cared about fixing my plumbing problems and his work came with a 6 month guarantee. I was so happy with the outcome and the peace of mind he provided. Professional, courteous, reliable and affordable service. Can't improve on that!

Sewer clogged and previous plumber was unable to clear. Matt was very professional and informative. Took him 10 minutes to clear and ran camera to find any further issues. Found out it was a city problem! Matt was amazing and all while training another worker. I won't use anyone else. Fast to respond and fix the issue all while keeping me informed and educated. I had a previous plumber during the snow apocalypse come by and cap my pipes, but I needed someone to come by and complete the repairs so I scheduled last minute the night before and got an appointment for the next day for 3-4pm. They ran behind but still came around 6:45 PM without pressuring me to reschedule which I was happy about. They sent an email if they arrive past 4 they discount the service call. We got Keith Morris as our plumber and he got to work quickly. I appreciate that he wore plastic booties in house. While working he also found an unexpected problem and fixed that too without altering the quote which was a pleasant surprise. Honestly, I was pleased with the service and completeness of the repair compared to my other not so great experiences with other companies' plumbers. I have no idea what is fair pricing but I'm pleased I got my problem solved with short notice. also Keith was very nice despite the fact it was getting late around 8pm. His good attitude throughout the ordeal really makes a difference and I hope he gets compensated well for his time. I would recommend this company if you need something done on a certain day without rescheduling.

We received prompt, courteous service at what we considered a reasonable price. They replaced an outside faucet, kitchen sink faucet and a toilet. They were very professional and explained everything to me before repairs and after. My brother is deaf, they patiently attempted communication with him, they had to talk to me via phone and also went next door to my sister's house to communicate with us.
I will definitely be using their services in the future.
