Ok so I normally don't leave reviews... But I wanted to make sure I left one this time. This company will remain our go to when it comes to plumbing. Any time anyone asks for a recommendation I will for sure let them know this is the company to use. They were quick to detect the issue. And repairs were made in a decent amount of time. All workers were very professional. Any questions we had, they answered to their best ability. They made sure we understood what was being done and why. Robert was very involved in all the work that was done and made sure all repairs were 100%.

Lane went above and beyond the call of duty in resolving our tankless hot water heater problems. He worked in the heat until he figured out what was going on. Terrible drivers!! Whoever was driving was extremely reckless. Almost got into two accidents on loop 12 at around 3:10pm.

I woke up in the middle of the night w/water running in my bedroom walls. The water heater that is located in the attic over our Master bedroom was failing causing water to leak into the water heater pan and out through the emergency overflow drain pipes. The DFW Pipe team came out and replaced the tank w/a tankless water heater. No more worries about tanks rupturing in my attic. The plumbers are great!

I called on a weekend at night and was told it was a 6-7 hour wait. My technician Steve was there in an hour!!!! He was very quick and very informative. He was personable and professional. My sinks were fixed and cleaned and draining within an hour! I highly recommend Roto Rooter!!!

Just recently, we have experienced a lot of issues with our water heater. Aside from the leaks, we have been hearing a loud noise and their tech found that it was from sediment build up. He was really quick in assessing the problem and was very professional and respectful. He even went an extra mile to examine sewer drain outs and did an awesome job.

Edward tried but couldn’t remove the $6 auger I bought at Walmart - and then the auger broke as he continued working to extract this auger that I had managed to shove in the commode - leaving 2 ft of the 3 ft metal auger stuck!! He then used his professional auger...bypassing my inferior model!!...and instantly got the toilet to work! But “MY auger” is still stuck and refuses to budge!!! Patient, dedicated-to-his-job Edward would not give up!! He worked diligently with pliers and finally was able to remove “my cheap auger” and solve my dilemma!!! Edward is my hero!!! Thank you, Edward!! And thank you, #billyGO for having such a fine expert technician on board!! A+ for their app, the company, the technician!!

Been doing business with them for over 25 years. Installed 4 new HVAC units over that period in two separate homes with annual maintenance programs, added additional 17 inches of insulation and full heat barriers in the attic. Lately, during the heat of 2023, one new (1.5 years old) unit motor burned out. I called and scheduled repair for following Monday. At the appointed time, no show. I called and they did NOT have me scheduled. Rescheduled for two days afterward. Repairman came, confirmed burned out motor and promised he would personally pick up the part and install next day. When no one called, I called them to check and was told the motor was not in stock and they had to order from manufacturer which would be asap with no date promised. I had to call to find this out. Now, in temps over 106-108+, we may have to wait 4-6 days for repair. I’ll not be using this company again in the future! What had been excellent service has been degraded to very poor, plus.Update: comedy of errors with supplier, misshipment, reordered…we were 4 weeks without upstairs AC during the hottest Texas summer on record! The response I repeatedly received was “ it’s not our fault”. This may be true, but most servicers would have gone a different route , borrowed from another unit temporarily, made some arrangement to provide service under these circumstances. I spoke to my old ARS company in Austin, and they said they would “never” let their customer suffer for that long! They would definitely have performed a temporary relief somehow! It’s now fixed with no consideration given on my having to pay labor for the warrantied part install. I suggested the very least they could offer would be to waive the $450 labor fee. Again, I got, it wasn’t our fault! As a service provider specialist my entire career as a banker, I would never blame my supplier for a client not being properly taken care of. That’s what a good servicer does! Then I would appropriately deal with my supplier for having caused the problem not being resolved promptly. I’m still steaming about this and have a call into their CEO, Scott Boose, in Memphis, Tenn. By the way, their motto is, “ Making it work, making it right”.Further update: my “tune up for HVAC” was schedule the day after the above motor was installed. This is a prepaid annual maintenance program to insure all is well. The service rep showed up, albeit after the allotted appointment, was extremely thorough, courteous, professional, had good recommendations, gave me a full report. I relayed the problem I had had regarding the 4 week wait period. He really could respond to that. In any event this service call was more as I have experienced over the years. I was quite satisfied with him. I would rate him a 5 star. They’re lucky to have him.

Run away. These guys have been called out by the home warranty several times over the past couple years. Every time they try and sell us all kinds of stuff we dont need. Most recent was a water heater that they said they would need to bring up to code and it would be $2700.00. We know what the code requirments are for a water heater and the city inspector looked at it and verified that the water heater did in fact meet code requirments. Stay away from these people.
