Ok so I normally don't leave reviews... But I wanted to make sure I left one this time. This company will remain our go to when it comes to plumbing. Any time anyone asks for a recommendation I will for sure let them know this is the company to use. They were quick to detect the issue. And repairs were made in a decent amount of time. All workers were very professional. Any questions we had, they answered to their best ability. They made sure we understood what was being done and why. Robert was very involved in all the work that was done and made sure all repairs were 100%.

This is a great organization. Barry and his colleagues are top notch professionals. They took care of three prior sewer breaks for me in the past. This time around, I had a slab leak and Barry fit me into his schedule to come by and advise me on my options. One of those options didn't even involve his company. Top notch people and they do great work!

So of course on a Sunday morning my sewer lines decide to back up. We called AAA Auger Plumbing Services because for one they are open on Sundays and two because they don't charge a weekend fee. Eric and Dylan showed up around 4pm and saved me from a clogged line! They were both awesome. Customer service was their top priority! They explained everything they were doing. When I asked my million questions they answered everyone of them with a smile. As they began reaming out the line they constantly checked the showers and toilets to make sure they were moving water properly. The quality of their work made me a customer for life! Thank you for such awesome service!

I moved into a new build home, rural, and the owner of this company plumbed and set up my water filter/softener system after testing the water to see exactly what I needed. He also did my connections for my outdoor patio gas grill. Very punctual, personable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company.

I am grateful for the level of integrity that Brian demonstrated in his services to us. My experience with Brian and the installation of a new water heater was a most unusual experience in our currently compromised and controlled world of falsities everywhere.

My need was immediate and also required consideration of funding. Brian was attentive, understanding, heart felt and open with information. He sincerely cared that I didn't have hot water during cold and rainy weather.

The pricing is beyond fair for the labor performed especially as others who are charging 3, 4 and 5 times as much...because others will pay it blindly.

He was considerate, diligent, focused and timely along with follow up on his work. Brian was clear on price with no hidden up charges. Goodness, even laid a tarp structure from the vehicle to the house in the rain to ensure minimal tracking.

He explained how to relight the pilot light if needed and how to perform a yearly easy to do cleaning maintenance to add life to the heater and minimize the sediment buildup.

Perhaps this sharing will benefit someone else when seeking similar services and comparing to all the many overwhelming choices.

I hired them for fixing a main drainage pipe outdoors. In the beginning they were not very responsive. Also, the estimate of efforts were done wrong but they adjusted the cost when they finally did the work. Overall, I would recommend them.

My water heater was running slowly, and I didn't know what to do or where to go until I found this Plumbing repair near me, and they return my unit looking brand new.

We had were having issues with out toilets and called Roto Rooter to have someone come and help us out. They sent Andrew and David and they helped us out with our issue. Andrew was able to identify the issue and fix our problem. As contractor myself we work hard to deliver exceptional service and Andrew and David did not disappoint. They were on time, communicated when they were to arrive. They explained everything that needed to be done. David was also able to help locate the area were out septic tank and give some idea what we needed to do. I would highly recommend Andrew and David. I hope not to need them in the future but I would look forward to working with them again!

Fantastic work, honest and very knowledgeable and professional. My elderly mother who lives in a high rise just called to tell me how pleased she was. They fixed a Singing toilet that three plumbers previously had failed to repair, they fixed a garbage disposal that had a screw jammed under the blade as well as a shower leak. Reasonably priced.

Arrived on time . Diagnosed the leak quickly and had the parts on board their truck and made the replacement in a few minutes. They tested the repair for leaks and made sure I was satisfied with their work.

Andre was so professional. He really listened to me and was able to finally sporadic problem we've had with our AC since it was installed in 2017. He put so many puzzle pieces together to figure this out. GREAT JOB!!!
