Came out to look at waterfall wall faucet that had little flow. Plumber said it was probably the cartridge. Came back the following week with a cartridge. The manufacturer had gone out of business. Replacing the cartridge didn't help. The plumber had no idea what to do. They get two stars only because he didn't charge me for the cartridge or the 2nd call.

Called another plumber who had more experience with types of wall faucets. He took the plate off and cleaned the area where the buildup happens. No parts needed.

Ok they sent a person out to look at my water heater. For one he did not introduce himself. He had some what of an attitude. He looked at my water heater and took two pictures and stated it would be $1600. Didn’t diagnose a problem. Just judging by it u need a new one. Regardless if that’s true the customer service skills made me not want to pursue business with this company.

Sewer clogged and previous plumber was unable to clear. Matt was very professional and informative. Took him 10 minutes to clear and ran camera to find any further issues. Found out it was a city problem! Matt was amazing and all while training another worker. I won't use anyone else. Fast to respond and fix the issue all while keeping me informed and educated. Called me before the appointment to confirm and they were willing to work with me on a particular timeframe I needed and they were punctual. Jeffery Martinez was very professional and went the extra mile, he understood my issues and concerns and he broke everything down for me and told me what to expect. He was knowledgeable and also helped explain some steps for me to take on another plumbing issue that I plan to diy. He was very efficient and only took extra time because I asked alot of questions. Price was fair for my clog that I tried everything I could and was unable to fix myself. I just wish they offered like a bill me option so I could get it fixed and figure out the financial part later but not a big deal would just be helpful. I would certainly use them again if all their techs are like Jeffery. Thanks again.
