I have used Texas Blessed plumbing several times over the last several years. Matt has replaced our toilets, a garbage disposal, a faucet, and fixed various clog issues. He is very courteous, and repairs/replaces the item correctly on the first trip out. We will continue to call him for all of our plumbing needs.

Juan and Julio saved our bacon after this Feb 2021 freeze. They were so kind and helped me understand why our pipes burst and gave recommendations. Repaired 2 burst pipes within an hour maybe and made sure nothing else was leaking in my home. Very reasonable price and great service!!

We have used My Local Plumber three times now. One was for a pin hole leak in an interior pipe. One for a slab leak. And the last time to have the entire house replumbed, including the water main from the water meter.

We were very happy with the work done by My Local Plumber the first two times. The second time, with the slab leak, Eddie, from My Local Plumber, told us that the possibility of more slab leaks in the future were possible. He was right.

We decided to have the entire house re-plumbed rather than fight with more leaks that would cause us to tear up our flooring and slab. We called My Local Plumber and an HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical company.

The other company sent someone out to gather the information to make a bid. Before he left, he said that it was NOT feasible to replumb the house. He also DID NOT volunteer services for finding the existing slab leak.

Enter My Local Plumber and our personal hero, Felipe. He spent quite a bit of time looking at the existing plumbing and how it could be re-routed into the attic. He prepared a detailed bid and we accepted.

We now have new plumbing from the water main into the house and to every fixture/outlet in the house. This Includes the outside faucets. And none of it susceptible to damage from the clay under the house.

We are extremely happy with the work that the crew did and would recommend My Local Plumber to anyone for any work.

I am grateful for the level of integrity that Brian demonstrated in his services to us. My experience with Brian and the installation of a new water heater was a most unusual experience in our currently compromised and controlled world of falsities everywhere.

My need was immediate and also required consideration of funding. Brian was attentive, understanding, heart felt and open with information. He sincerely cared that I didn't have hot water during cold and rainy weather.

The pricing is beyond fair for the labor performed especially as others who are charging 3, 4 and 5 times as much...because others will pay it blindly.

He was considerate, diligent, focused and timely along with follow up on his work. Brian was clear on price with no hidden up charges. Goodness, even laid a tarp structure from the vehicle to the house in the rain to ensure minimal tracking.

He explained how to relight the pilot light if needed and how to perform a yearly easy to do cleaning maintenance to add life to the heater and minimize the sediment buildup.

Lacked professionalism and was not upfront with costs. Charged me $80 to confirm a kitchen faucet leak (for insurance purposes) that I had already identified and charged another $140 to cut into the dry wall to determine shower leak was not due to plumbing (which I’m ok with this part, but person was not upfront with the cost). Plumber also argued with someone on the phone and with his partner in front of me. Also would glare at me when I asked questions.

First of all, i did not pick them. My home warranty company chose them and it has been an ordeal from the beginning. They have horrible customer service, also had to transfer to a different company to finalize the job. Do Not Use This Company, also if you try to speak with management they just have you speak to the people you previously have conversed with.

They damaged various things. Threw away part of something that was not included in the insurance paid repair resulting in us having to purchase a new one that costs around 800.00. They stated it would be at least 90 days before they could reinstall anything.
