Reeves Family Plumbing did a great job finding and repairing a hot water leak under the floor in our house. We were dreading the repair, but they were so great to work with. We love working with a company that does what they say they will do. They showed up on time and kept us updated on what was going on each step of the process. They are all professionals from the office staff to the techs that came out to our house. They did a great job, and we will definitely use them in the future. Highly recommend.

They were quick and efficient. They had to bust through concrete and bricks, but they got the job done for a reasonable price.

Our insurance company sent two men from Herndon McFarland plumbing to our home today to check for a leak. After calling to say they were running late and would be at the house by 1:30, they finally showed up at 2:45. While performing their inspection, they broke our shower drain and left without disclosing it. Very unprofessional to do that and not communicate it, and as this was a custom design job performed by the previous owner, it will be almost impossible to fix. Very unhappy and I do not recommend that they be left unsupervised in a home.

I called for someone to come assess the damages to the do for an estimate, and he was impatient, not allowing me to finish my sentence. Then, commenting if we aren’t doing the work, we aren’t coming for free.

I would have given them my business, but I’m not comfortable explaining the damages. I don’t know if if I need a new door or if it can be fixed. Either way, I wouldn’t give them anything.

Excellent service provided well beyond expectation. They were very professional from the moment I contacted Patrick about our water pipe leak to the moment Jon resolved our issue. I felt assured that he and his team were very trustworthy, and were giving me honest and reliable information for the best available options to fix our slab leak. On the day of the project, Jon and his team found some hidden piping route irregularities that were caused by the previous homeowner. Instead of just casting those aside and proceeding with the simpler job we originally agreed to, Jon went ahead and fixed the new issues that were found as well. The added work was very labor intensive and they surely did not have to do so. The fact they did without any hesitation, or added charge, and provided us with a much more modern cold water pipe line, as well as completely fixing our original leak issue was incredible. Roto-rooter might get the job done, but it is a terrible experience along the way. The company does not care about the customer experience and just tries to get every dollar they can. They told me multiple times that my leak was category 1, but invoiced me for category 3 services.Their accounts payable clerk is trying to charge me even more money now because the company does not know what is even going on. Roto-rooter is aware there is a claim that needs to be processed through my insurance company, yet they are trying to strong-arm me before the insurance company can review their invoice.Even performing the services was a struggle for them. Their technician was not on the same page with the restoration manager. Everyone was pointing fingers at each other. Very frustrating experience.I will never use this company ever again. I would never recommend this company. Just a joke.

Great employees, very knowledgeable. We had a foundation issue and the plumber the foundation company sent out said they were going to have to break up concrete in the house to fix the problem. We called S & T to get a second opinion and they said we did not have a problem with water leaking under the house. So thankful we made that call!

If you have a clogged toilet use Pipe Experts. They are efficient and don't charge for unnecessary services unlike most plumbing companies. I would use them again.

I had a bad blockage in my sewer lines and stuff was backing up into my tubs and toilets. I called them and they came out right on schedule. They didn't change the quoted price or try to sell me anything. They were thorough, professional, and friendly. They also were able to locate issues to avoid future problems, and gave me a quote if we wanted to move forward with fixing it later--very helpful.

Took one look at my water heater that was leaking and said well we will contact your home warranty that might be a few days then left. Made no effort to help to stop the leak or any suggestions. Now I have more home repairs to do as a result.

They damaged various things. Threw away part of something that was not included in the insurance paid repair resulting in us having to purchase a new one that costs around 800.00. They stated it would be at least 90 days before they could reinstall anything.
