Best Water Heater in Irving TX

We had an emergency leak. Matt came out and immediately fixed the issue. We are thankful for Texas Blessed!

Tammy from Reeves Family Plumbing, cancelled my (2nd attempted) appointment that was set up in a week in advance. She stated that they will look to come between the time window of 12pm-3pm. She called me around 11:15 and left a voicemail that if I do not call her back in 10 minutes that she was going to cancel my appointment. I did not realize she called until 12:00pm and that's when I called her back. That's when she told me that they still moved on from my appointment. She wanted to reschedule me for tomorrow morning but that does not work for me as I am off today which is why it was scheduled for today. In the future, maybe try giving a call the day before and let the customer know that you have a specific time they should expect your services. Do not call an hour before your range and expect someone to be free and waiting on your call and give them an ultimatum.

Last week my 1st attempted appointment had the same window of time (12pm -3pm) frame and their ETA was 3:30 pm.

Based on the reviews I was really excited about doing business with this company, but it seems they have scheduling issues and customer service is not expected to resolve such an easy matter.

KO Plumbing was fast and efficient! Not only were they able to fix our busted pipe but they were also very knowledgeable! We had so many questions and they didn't mind answering. We will definitely be using them again!

Job was never complete. Over charged 200 extra to dig and 1100 to lay 50 ft of tubing.
The trentch was never filled in correctly as quaranteed and the concrete meter box is too exposed, with no access to the meter dial itself. They flat out refuse to finish and the plumber eddie told me to make the check in his name plus the cash to be paid to him. It's been 3 weeks since the job was started even so they started late after being paid. No final receipt or invoice was given to me to turn into the city of irving for a repairs/leak adjustment assessment. They are rip off artists.

I'm a guy, even though this review/complain sounds very Karen like. I've tried reaching out, the company keeps making excuses or hanging up.

Very good communication with Thomson Plumbing Service.. showed up on time and diagnosed the problem and fixed it very fast. We had a slow-draining sink which I had tried to snake with no luck .. they used a snake and fixed the issue very fast. The price was fair and on par with what others were estimating.. thanks

I called for someone to come assess the damages to the do for an estimate, and he was impatient, not allowing me to finish my sentence. Then, commenting if we aren’t doing the work, we aren’t coming for free.

I would have given them my business, but I’m not comfortable explaining the damages. I don’t know if if I need a new door or if it can be fixed. Either way, I wouldn’t give them anything.

I called on a Sunday and they were able to get someone out that same day. They let me know as soon as he (Moe) was on his way. He let me know, up front what he planned to do and what the charge would be. He was polite, professional and efficient. He answered all of my questions showed me the progress as it was made. Moe was very determined to make sure that the issue was fixed before he left. He made sure that everything was tested to ensure that I was satisfied with his work. I was very pleased with the whole experience and will definitely use Roto Rooter again.

EXPENSIVE AND POOR COMMUNICATION. No rough estimate provided before starting to work. I happend to call them last month while having my restroom clogged. As per phone conversation, I was told technician will be there and look around the issue and then will give me details. Then, we can agree to work on it or not. And the charge was told as below: $60 service charge and $140 per hour cost. I agreed to the deal.
But when technician arrived, they start working on it without providing me any details about what needs to be done and how much time they might take to complete the task. They took 2.5 hrs to complete task. Since they were charging me per hours, I ended up paying close to $500 for it. So far, restroom seems to be working fine (no complain about technician part).
Later I called S&T to ask why rough estimate and details was not provided to me beforehand, she was very unprofessional.

Can't be more pleased with the service. Prompt call back, up front honest pricing, no surprises, both the proprietors were knowledgeable, friendly and polite. On time almost to the minute. Thank You Pipe Experts

Handled my plumbing issues fast. I recommend them if you are in the GP area.

For our experience we rate Michelangelo's as the gold standard for plumbing repair. He was polite, clean and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problems and was able to explain it in layman's terms to us. The work was completed in a quick and timely manner and the issues have finally been rectified. All is good! Used First American Home Warranty due to a bathtub leak soaking my carpet. Plumbers arrived with boots on, walked across my carpet. Spent about 10 minutes and told me I lacked calking. I asked them to stay while I refilled the tub. They just drove away. I had the calking fixed, carpet soaked again. On my own, I found 2 screws mounting the overflow valve and tightened them. Fixed the problem. Took me 10 minutes, right in front of me. First American refunded my money when they discovered just how bad these guys are. Run, don't let them in your house.

They damaged various things. Threw away part of something that was not included in the insurance paid repair resulting in us having to purchase a new one that costs around 800.00. They stated it would be at least 90 days before they could reinstall anything.
