Juan and Julio saved our bacon after this Feb 2021 freeze. They were so kind and helped me understand why our pipes burst and gave recommendations. Repaired 2 burst pipes within an hour maybe and made sure nothing else was leaking in my home. Very reasonable price and great service!!

I called these guys when I noticed a puddle of water on the side of my home. It turned out to be a leak inside the house from a pipe under the concrete. Frank and his crew came out and found the leak and had it fixed the very next day. The price was fair considering all the work that was done since I did not want to damage my floors. I'm am not a fake I called and asked for a appt he was very rude! Told me it would be a minimum of 180.00 and he would text me for my address and details! Unprofessional to handle business with a text a phone call would have been better IMO! I found another company who could come immediately and for a better price. I called Chris and nobody answered so I left a message because the recording said leave a message that I was canceling. He then called and told me I should have kept calling til someone answered that it would have the right thing to do I let him know as thought he was rude the first time we spoke.

I woke up in the middle of the night w/water running in my bedroom walls. The water heater that is located in the attic over our Master bedroom was failing causing water to leak into the water heater pan and out through the emergency overflow drain pipes. The DFW Pipe team came out and replaced the tank w/a tankless water heater. No more worries about tanks rupturing in my attic. The plumbers are great!

We called for 2 broken toilets. The Pipe Doctor (who is awesome) told us he would send a guy over to look at the problem. The tech was very friendly and had a caring attitude about the problem we were dealing with. Took the time to explain what he would be doing and worked until he got the problem resolved. Would highly recommend this company. They will definitely be our first call if we ever need anything else done.

They damaged various things. Threw away part of something that was not included in the insurance paid repair resulting in us having to purchase a new one that costs around 800.00. They stated it would be at least 90 days before they could reinstall anything.
