I had a massive back up at my home and didn’t know who to call, so I asked my neighbor who he used and he told me about Blacktie Plumbing. I called them and was immediately impressed with the office staff and their concern for my issue. They got me on the schedule for the same day and came out in a few hours. The plumber gave me a no cost estimate and I agreed for the service. He then ran his sewer machine and cleared the blockage. When I asked what had caused the issue he told me that there was a large amount of grease buildup. He then asked me if I would like to get the grease out of the line. I of course said yes, but was concerned about the cost. The plumber Jeremy then called is boss Chad and asked what we could do to help me out. They gave me a combo discount and took great care of me. I will recommend them to all my friends and family as they were awesome!! I never felt pressured in any way. They made me feel like family. Twice they have come out to sort out issues. Each time they came when they said they would, corrected things on the first visit, and for a much lower cost than I was expecting. recommended. Edit, Oct 2022. I had another trouble today - this time with my kitchen sink leaking everywhere and filling up my cabinet. I called them at 7:00 , they arrived by 8:25 and by 9:00 they had everything fixed. Total price was less than $200. Fantastic! I can’t recommend them enough.

We called Matt for water leakage issue in one of our bathroom faucet. I thought of changing the faucet but he fixed the faucet and saved my money to buy a new one. He said it’s a small fix and we didn’t get charged for that. He is our all time plumber. Prices also reasonable. Definitely recommended.
