Best Leak Plumbing in Irving TX

I had called the day prior for an estimate on our plumbing. Was told it was free unless the plumber gets his tools out in which case they would contact me.
I then get a call that the repairs are $450 and if I do not pay they will undo my toilets. Awful service, lying company.

Amazing service. KO Plumbing rushed around on a Sunday when we had a major leak. Explained and showed us exactly what was wrong and how it needed to be fixed. Worked continuously in very wet and muddy conditions until the job was done. Extremely satisfied and will always choose KO Plumbing.

I am never using another plumbing company again. They fixed my water heater and leaky sink within an hour and the water heater was a headache! I was able to get someone to come on the same day which I know can't be guaranteed next time I have an issue but other companies were trying to schedule me a week out unless I pay their $300 after hours emergency fee. Not only did these guys charge me a reasonable amount, they were genuinely nice people. Thanks!

They charged $75 for a contracted plumber to come out and give an estimate for a job he didn't want. Barely even looked around. Spent more time in his truck writing up a ridiculously high estimate. Got several more quotes for free, so definitely wasted $75.

I had a bad blockage in my sewer lines and stuff was backing up into my tubs and toilets. I called them and they came out right on schedule. They didn't change the quoted price or try to sell me anything. They were thorough, professional, and friendly. They also were able to locate issues to avoid future problems, and gave me a quote if we wanted to move forward with fixing it later--very helpful.

Their plumber installed a new commercial-grade water heater tank by replacing the old one that lasted for 19 years. he responded promptly to my calls and texts, and when he finally came out, he completed the job quickly and efficiently. Used First American Home Warranty due to a bathtub leak soaking my carpet. Plumbers arrived with boots on, walked across my carpet. Spent about 10 minutes and told me I lacked calking. I asked them to stay while I refilled the tub. They just drove away. I had the calking fixed, carpet soaked again. On my own, I found 2 screws mounting the overflow valve and tightened them. Fixed the problem. Took me 10 minutes, right in front of me. First American refunded my money when they discovered just how bad these guys are. Run, don't let them in your house.

They damaged various things. Threw away part of something that was not included in the insurance paid repair resulting in us having to purchase a new one that costs around 800.00. They stated it would be at least 90 days before they could reinstall anything.
