We used Proficient Plumbing for a main line gas leak and they were the best offer out of four quotes and the most professional too. They did the job in a timely manner and even helped us get a faster appointment with Atmos to get a technician out sooner to turn the gas back on after they had finished (which they definitely didn't have to do). After JAMES M diagnosed the problem and came up with the most efficient and long lasting solution to my problem, they had a crew to my house the same day to get my sewer line repaired where they found my old cement line had to be repaired do to it being damaged by roots and also collapsed from the Deterioration of the old pipes. I have used Texas Blessed plumbing several times over the last several years. Matt has replaced our toilets, a garbage disposal, a faucet, and fixed various clog issues. He is very courteous, and repairs/replaces the item correctly on the first trip out. We will continue to call him for all of our plumbing needs.

My Local Plumber is an incredible company! I had a huge leak in my front yard. They did not give up on containing the leak. They did everything to reduce my cost & succeeded. We had five different plumbers who all came to our house who either couldn’t fix our issue or quoted us ridiculous sums and gave no guarantees. We called Herndon McFarland on a Friday after 5pm and expected to leave a message but Lee answered and was incredible helpful. He made sure they were out to our house first thing Monday morning and fixed our issue within an hour. The total price was less than a quarter what the other companies quoted us and we’ve never been more impressed with a plumber before. We will only use Herndon McFarland moving forward!

Used First American Home Warranty due to a bathtub leak soaking my carpet. Plumbers arrived with boots on, walked across my carpet. Spent about 10 minutes and told me I lacked calking. I asked them to stay while I refilled the tub. They just drove away. I had the calking fixed, carpet soaked again. On my own, I found 2 screws mounting the overflow valve and tightened them. Fixed the problem. Took me 10 minutes, right in front of me. First American refunded my money when they discovered just how bad these guys are. Run, don't let them in your house.
