Our 14 year old water heater was no longer meeting the demands of our household. We got 3 quotes and the best was from Mark Weilhammer. The day after he provided the quote he installed a high quality 40 gallon tank at a very competitive price. Dan was the installer and he has 32 years of experience.
We would not hesitate to recommend Weilhammer Plumbing and will definitely call them again the next time we need a plumber.

I have used plumb doctor twice now, once on a rental home we own and then, on our personal house. Both times they have showed up on time, were personable, and best of all gave me a great price when other plumbers wanted to charge me twice as much. I scheduled appt to have furnace replaced.....Salesman was very informative and stressed service......I ordered and was told could install quickly......After 5 days with no call back or e-mail called company.My wife talked to very courteous lady..She said was sorry and would check on it....Now here is where SERVICE left for the day..Manager told lady he had no record and that was it....No let me talk to customer and see if I can help.....This is how to loose customers!!!!! Update after posting this review the owner of company James called and apologized for the mix up and offered to make things right.....He offered to adjust price which I was not expecting.....This is what true SERVICE is all about

I needed a water heater installed in Fishers. I received several quotes and Simply Water was very competitive. Andrew was quick to follow up and the water heater was installed the next morning. I only had a small leak so he exceeded my expectations.

I had my AC service check yesterday - yes in mid-October. The technician was professional and did a nice job. I have no issue with the work. He did a nice job. My issue is with the service contract and schedulers. I have tried to get my heating system serviced in the fall, and my AC in the spring. Unfortunately the technician did the work that was assigned to him, to service the AC unit. What I needed was to have my heating system checked out. The scheduler was so helpful to schedule the heating system service in April of 2023. I pleaded to get the service checks on a more reasonable schedule that matches the seasons, however it fell on deaf ears. I asked to be escalated to a supervisor, who also defended having my AC serviced in October. I'm not happy with the schedulers and have been told I will be contacted by a customer service representative. But so far that contact has not happened. At this point I'm inclined to cancel my service contract and see if that will allow me to get on a more reasonable schedule.

The company did a spring air conditioning check up. Everything went very smoothly with the checkup. The technician was on time and courteous.

We've used Weilhammer Plumber MULTIPLE times. They're FANTASTIC! They're honest and are willing to give a rough quote over the phone when you schedule your appointment so you have an idea of approximately what the repair/installation will cost. Very honest and frank about pricing, cause of damage, warranties, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

Service was performed as advertised, pricing was a bit high but service was performed well and very professional staff.
