Although we had a tough time getting an appointment at first, it was absolutely worth the wait. Jeremey Fox is an absolute pro and was very thorough and professional. Because of him, we got the year long membership/protection plan and will definitely be return customers.

The representative offered clear communication, practices appropriate social distancing measures, was polite and courteous while in our presence, and appeared to be knowledgeable about the problem. I’m not sure what else can be expected as a homeowner. Of course no one wants to have to pay the expense of these experiences, but we are grateful for the timely, professional response.

Mario Wilson from Service Plus came to inspect our HVAC system. Not only was he very friendly, professional, and polite, he gave us great advice and recommendations for maintaining our system in the future. A/C went out during the crazy heat wave and Williams Comfort & Air was one of 3 quotes we got. 1st quote was way too expensive and way nicer equipment than our single-story ranch needed. 2nd quote was comparable but lower quality equipment. Williams quoted way better equipment and the lowest price of the 3. They came out the next day and had the install done that day. Looks fantastic!
