Without a doubt and all my dealings with the gp and service providers out there, this guy still has these creditionals flowing through his veins. There was no double talk, nor hidden agenda. Complete the job by actions or professional opinion of resolution to problem and move on to the next. These traits are usually inherited by strong work ethic parents and passed down through teaching our next generation, by strong parenting and receptive children. Something that truly isn't taught within most homes anymore. After numerous conversations and payouts with other professionals, he is definitely, my number one choice for this work and I highly recommend this company, hands down. When looking for professionals, make sure the owners are involved with the business.

Jonathon has been a plumber for over 30 years. He knows his stuff, he is willing to work all hours, and he tends to charge too little for his work. I can personally recommend Rooter-Man.

Cancelled meeting.

They came out to unclog a main drain. They were not successful because their cable wasn't long enough. They rescheduled to come out with a bigger machine. But they didn't show and didn't call. When I called, Denice said they were on another job but would come out after that. When they still hadn't come out I called in one more time. That's when Denice told me they wouldn't be able to come that day at all. But no one had bother to let me know until I called. She said they could schedule for the following week. Instead I went with another company that could come out on Saturday. But that company only had a 100 ft cable and that wasn't long enough. So I tried one more time with Curt and Jerry because they confirmed they had a longer cable. I scheduled it for today but told Denice several times that it couldn't be between 2:15 and 3:15 when I had another commitment. That's exactly when service person called to notify that he was on his way. When I told him I couldn't make it then, he asked if my tenant could. I told him I would check and call back. It took all of two minutes to learn that in fact my tenant was home and could meet them. But by the time I called back serviceman said he was already on his way to another job and couldn't do it, but said he'd come over afterwards which should be some time around 3 pm. I called at 3:30, Denice couldn't tell me when they would be over but assured me I was next and they would be over today. I asked if she could check with them to make sure they could make it. She said she couldn't bother them. They never came. When I tried calling around 4:30 - office was already closed. Denice never called to let me know they wouldn't be coming over. Pretty lousy customer service. I'm disappointed because I had used Curt and Jerry before and they did good work. But this was repeatedly poor customer service.

Miguel, Zach, and crew did a fantastic job of finding and cleaning up the water damage throughout my house! They were extremely polite and finished their work thoroughly and as quickly as possible. I would definitely recommend them.

I've used them multiple times and they are fast, efficient, and extremely cost effective. They are a great company and I highly recommend them.

These people have no respect for their customers, or their property. My outside internet line was cut or compromised while they were working at my house. Which inconveniences with no internet for 4 days, not to sound millennial but we all depend on internet, and they also ran over my downspout on my rain gutter, and they left trash in my yard. When I call to let them know my dissatisfaction, they try to tell me that it’s not their fault and I will just have to wait for internet provider to fix it. No apology, no concern, no empathy, and no respect from them at all.
This is a costly service that I’m paying them for, and they need to
1. Have more respect
2. Be more careful in their work
3. Be courteous to their customers that are giving them their paycheck!
I understand mistakes happen, but they need to have some empathy and treat people like human beings! “I’m sorry” goes a long way.
