If I could give this company zero stars I would. The service manager, Doug, is just about the rudest individual I have ever met. They did the plumbing on our 3 year old home when it was built, and we have had nothing but problems. Most recent, a broken water heater. My husband calls and tells the receptionist what's going. She said it should be covered under warranty. Doug gets to our home and says $250. I begin to ask questions and apparently that was the wrong thing to do. He immediately gets combative and defensive. It's no wonder our homebuilder broke ties with this company. They are unprofessional, rude, supply poor quality material and shoddy work. Steer clear of of this company.

They worked continuously and addressed any additional issues with professionalism. Despite the extended time needed to complete the project, they maintained a positive attitude. Even after a very long day in extreme heat, Collin courteously and thoroughly explained the features of our new systems. My team found a water leak here at our community. I called a different company first, who never gave me an estimate. I called Gordon Plumbing, who sent out someone within 24 hours to check things out. Received a quote right after. Price was reasonable, and the crew who did the work were all business. Water was shut off for a limited time, and the work was done without any issues. I am calling Gordon Plumbing from now on!

Great company

All points plumbing was assigned to come and fix my bath tub through my home warranty company Choice Home Warranty. They reshceduled more than five times and I would rearrange my schedule and wait for them to show and they always had excuses. Finally, I was able to get a time when someone was going to show up but the technician told me it was going to be around 10:00 at night. I told the technician that was way too late to come to my home. I finally was able to get a technician out to my home after calling and complaining to my home warranty company about them not showing up and they had called the agency and told them I wasn't home when they showed up in the past which is not true. When the technician finally came to my home after I he was over 2 hours late for the appointment and I had to call beg someone to please come and assess my issue the technician walked right in asking how I would pay my co-payment before he even looked at or addressed the issue that I had been waiting for over one month to be fixed. The technician explained the reason why both of my bathtubs were running the hot water so slowly was because of something with the faucet. When he called my warranty company they said I needed to call the manufacturer of my faucet and have them send new faucets but my home warranty company said they would cover the cost of the labor. The technician told me not to worry he had extra faucets in his shop and he would return in three days to install them. He told my copay and went and sent a totally different diagnosis other than what he had told me which he knew would not be covered by my home warranty company. Two days later after I called and complained to my home warranty service about the horrible experience I had with this company the technician sent another diagnosis where he stated my plumbing issues were marked unnecessary which is untrue. Both of my tubs are dripping out hot water, there is no power and no flow. I am a bath enthusiast and cannot take a bath because it takes over 45 minutes to fill my tub and by the time it fills the water is cold. There is barely enough water to take a shower. I am a travel nurse practitioner and I have been on the front lines for the last year in and out of hotels and I was looking forward to be able to take baths again in my tub since I hadn't been able to because I have been living in hotels for the last year. I also diagnose and treat patients and never have I told a patient one thing, put another thing in there chart and then went back and changed their diagnosis without notifying them of my supporting clinical findings for the change in diagnosis and the treatment recommendations. It is unethical and immoral to lie to a customer, saying you will be back to finish a job when u have no intentions of doing so and than lie so you wont have to come back and do the work you were paid to do. I still cant take a decent bath or shower, I have to pay out of pocket since the technician lied to my company and he said I had sediment in my water heater, and replace the water heater which in some circumstances it can be covered but not the way in which the technician lied and said it was due to sediment. The technician also had a horrible cough, wore his mask more like a chin strap than a face covering, I have taken care of hundreds of Covid-19 patients across the nation and I was scared to have him in my home with this barking cough but thank God I'm fully vaccinated.

In February we had our fireplace on and we smelled gas so we turned off the fireplace and called Mansfield Plumbing (since they were recommended by Godby and that is who installed our fireplace).

On March 3rd, Dalton from Mansfield Plumbing came to the house and tightened 2 nuts inside the fireplace (near where the gas line came into the fireplace). He never checked anything else – not inside or outside, nor did he turn the gas on to check it. He was in our house for a maximum of 5 minutes (no joke). We were sent a bill IMMEDIATELY for $205 from them.

We did not turn on the gas fireplace again for a week or so and still smelled gas, so we called them again. Dalton returned and did some crazy, funky stuff outside. He assumed the gas smell was coming from the key insertion into the house, so he wanted to replace the connector outside. (Keep in mind that was why we originally called them and paid the $200 on March 3rd.) When he replaced the connector he moved it further away from the house (a good 12+ inches). He then came in and told us our key that turns on the fireplace no longer works that WE would have to go find/buy a 12-inch key AND a 12-in extender to be able to reach the new connector to be able to turn on the fireplace?? In the mean time he was going to just turn off the gas, so basically he never tested this new connector to see if it even worked correctly because we had no key to turn it on….. We were sent a bill IMMEDIATELY for $548 from them.

We then went to another plumbing store and bought a key and connector and SURPRISE – it did not work, so we had to call them again….. Another man came to the house (Richard) and now had to redo everything that Dalton did, and move the gas line and connector closer to the house so a normal 12-inch key will reach the turn value without the extender. To fix this problem he also had to replace the pipe coming into our house and made the hole a lot bigger…. Now that it is April, however, we can’t really check the fireplace to see if it works, but at least a key will turn it on…

Now, however, because he had to make the hole where the pipe comes into our house bigger we have to know have (another company) come out and try to fix the gush of air that is now constantly coming into our house from either the pipe or around the pipe and fix the tacky calk that is piled around the pipe on the outside of our house on the brick (tacky)……

We were promised they would “reevaluate” our bills and make it right with us, but that is not true. They made us pay all the originally bills. Bottom line this company got $753 from us and did a TERRIBLE job, and now we have to find someone to come and stop the cold air coming into our house by the pipe and fix the tacky patch job they did around the pipe on the outside of the house on the brick. (Have a picture of this.) So be ware and be prepared to pay a lot of money and probably not have it done correctly.

Leon is very responsive and efficient. I had a new water heater installed the same day he came out to diagnose and quote the problem. Highly recommend his services!

We hired them to run completely redo our outside spigot. It has never been connected since we had the house. They ran pvc, connected it, and replaced outside spigot. They were very professional, friendly, and worked in a timely manner.

You do our heating and air conditioning and we have a contract with you.......but you all charged us over 300.00 dollars to snake our kitchen pipe. 1 pipe. That is rediculous. Im really thinking about switching companies. It took all of 7 minutes to do the job. Really man? Over 300.00 dollars???

David Zech and his team were great. Had an issue with a leaky water heater, and they fixed the problem! I was pleasantly surprised by the fair price and great customer service. Highly recommend Thorntons Plumbing!!
