Had a great experience! Jon was very helpful and nice. I thought we were going to have a big issue, and it turned out to be nothing! He was very honest and didn’t try and do unnecessary work which I appreciate. Will definitely use again in the future when I actually have a problem!

Water softener installation

I had a new water heater put in and 6 months later had them repair an outside faucet. They were very professional and pleasant to deal with.

Customer for life! Ciriello consistently under promises and over delivers. The was the 3rd time I’ve used them. First time was a Friday morning after Thanksgiving. A shower wouldn’t turn off. They were here within an hour. This time was the $258 water bill. My house is on a slab and I had no evidence of a leak - except the bill. They came in and confirmed that it wasn’t anything easy :-). They did have to schedule work for the next week to insure they had all the equipment necessary. They found the leak, fixed it, cleaned everything up and made it better than before. They found a creative solution that didn’t require breaking into the slab and it was almost half of the price they originally estimated!

LD Smith Plumbing did an outstanding job while paying attention to details when I needed their service. They were flexible with my schedule but more importantly got the job done efficiently and quickly so I could get back to my normal day routine of life. Mark (from LD Smith) was amazing with explaining what needed to be done and shared everything he did to find a solution.

My sewer line was backing up on a Saturday which they did everything they could before they determined they needed to dig up the spot they marked to get eyes on the troubled spot. Turns out I had a broken sewer line pipe and within 6 days of the original call, they had the pipe fixed. Mark and Shawn did a great job in the short amount of time to get things fix. If you have plumbing troubles, LD Smith Plumbing is a great service to call. Thanks again Mark and Shawn.

Within the first 48 hours of moving into my new home, so many things went wrong and no hot water was pretty close to the top of the list. I called the home warranty and they put me in touch with one plumbing outfit that will go unnamed because they said that they were so busy that it would be four days before they could get to me and if i didn't like it, I could find someone else...so I did. Home warranty put us in contact with with the Plumb Doctor.

Although they were extremely busy, they were able to have someone swing by and help me out later in the day. They were able to finally track down the problem and I had hot water within an hour.

Then, like an idiot, I left my garage door open last night and the pipes to the water softener froze. They were able to walk me through the process of shutting off the water softener and opening the bypass.

I would highly recommend them to anyone and have their number on speed dial right now.

Bob and his crew always do a great job! Bob the plumber is the BEST, He came out and took care of a couple of jobs for us at the house today very personable, did a wonderful job checked everything thoroughly. We always call Bob whenever we have an issue and it's always taken care of in a timely and efficient manner!

They were subcontracted by another vender to complete a small job in our home. I got a good vibe from them, they’ll be my first call for a quote on our next project/issue (I’ll update the review). My HOPE ? is that they’re better than other expensive companies who have major name brand recognition but don’t actually care about the customer.

I called and requested service on two small items I needed repairs on. I was told I would receive a call back later that afternoon to schedule an appointment . That call never came. No problem everybody gets busy. Another whole day goes by and still no call back. I call again during office hours and leave a message on the recorder. Another day goes by and still no call back. You would think a courtesy call to simply say we are booked up right now, you might want to seek another plumber. So much for good service, more then likely a blessing, if they will disrespect you with a very simple matter I can only imagine how poor the quality of work would be as well.

Have to go with 5 stars for Steg Plumbing. I recently moved into a new house and had a lot of construction work done inside and out. Nearly 2 months of different contractors coming in and out so I needed tight scheduling, flexibility, fair pricing and quality work. This was especially true with my plumbing needs because this is an older house with a crawl space and I needed a company that was experienced in everything from finding and fixing leaks, to running gas lines, water lines, installing/fixing sinks, etc.. Every time I called Steg Plumbing I did not have to worry about anything. I enjoyed dealing with their whole staff from Dawn in the main office and a special shout out to technician Rick Cummings.
