Godby let me use a demo dehumidifier to see if I wanted to permanently install a unit in my house. I bought the unit a little while back and finally got around to having Kenny come out and install the unit along with a humidifier for during the winter months. Kenny did a great job with the installation and didn’t cut any corners. He even found a wire shorting out on the frame work during this installation and fixed it. Every time I’ve had Godby come out they have gone above and beyond. They are the first ones I call with any issue I have because I know it will be done right.

These guys are prompt and prepared for almost anything they come across during their maintenance checks. Great, quiet service, with no sticker shock at the end. Masked and shoe-covered. I highly recommend them.

Received 3 other estimates for the EXACT SAME unit and work. Armor Air came in 3K higher than all 3, then said they would match the others after they tried to screw me over. No thank you!

Scheduling was a breeze and the communication was excellent. They sent a text to let us know when they would be arriving and arrived within minutes of the estimated time. When they arrived our problem sound in our pipes had already stopped on its own (of course). They were really kind about it and still took the time to check all of our faucets, including outdoor hoses. We will absolutely be calling them back for any future plumbing needs.

Darrel was on time & on task. He was very professional & helpful. All my questions were answered fully. And he explained the problems and what he would do to correct (in language that I could understand.)

AC went down on Sunday, got a referral from a work colleague. Called Monday morning, tech out that afternoon and the problem solved. Will definately call again whenever the need arises.
