New review for B&W: the work was completed professionally November 2019 as always, but we were told by Crystal she and Beth(the owner) would be working the numbers to drop our price of $969, since the job was not scheduled as promised. I had to call them after 2 weeks after never hearing from Doug to schedule the job. Crystal went above and beyond to get it scheduled, but we felt lied to when we were told the job was not going to be $969 & we were presented the invoice for that amount. I contacted the company with no answer back.B&W RESONDED 17 HRS AGO CLAIMING HOW THEY VALUE CUSTOMERS, AND APOLOGIZE FOR THE DISCONNECT AND IF I WANT TO CALL TO DISCUSS. Why didn't Beth, the owner, contact me when she saw this review herself? I'm the one contacting this company continually, and they are doing nothing to make this right because they have their money now. We should have never pd the $969 invoice and that was our biggest mistake. Lesson learned after being lied to. At least others will be careful by reading reviews. We learned the hard way. We are not saying B&W is a bad company, but be careful when they tell you verbally your price will be lower. Get the new quote in writing. Otherwise, you're stuck. It's a broken promise or whatever you want to call it; either way, a bad situation. Just get everything in writing. EVERYTHING.Michael just left our home, and I couldn't be happier. He was extremely respectful, friendly, called when there was a delay on the interstate to tell me he was going to be late. We were prepared for the worst. He explained what to use for future, what to watch for, and triple checked everything. This is why we only use this company for plumbing, heating/ac for years. The price was so reasonable. Thank you!!

Mike came to look at our water softener to see if the line lead to our dishwasher as our glasses were coming out cloudy. After confirming it did, he tested our water and it is being softened. He recommended using a different detergent and to our pleasant surprise, told us no charge as he was in the area anyway. I have an upcoming bathroom remodel project coming up and will definitely schedule Mike to help do some of the work... But this time he will get paid!

Awesome place super friendly people

Used coupon for $69 tune up for first time customers. Technician showed me inside of my furnace before cleaning. Stating there is mold in my blower which would have already spread it to my ducts. $69 tune up now has turned into a quoted $3500 repair bill. I was skeptical since I had only been in the home 11 months and the home inspection pictures appeared to be similar to how it looked now with no mention from the inspectors outside of a recommended cleaning.

I used a mold remediation company to take samples and test this biological growth. Tests returned negative for anything biological and appeared to be corrosion at best.

I would recommend staying away from this incompetent company and using literally anyone else. Summers attempted to take my $69 discounted tune up and pad the bill into a $3500 unnecessary repair. I WILL NEVER USE Summers FOR ANY SERVICE AGAIN!

Dustin H from efficient systems did a great job performing our seasonal maintenance on furnace. He was polite, personable and very informative with regards to the service.

I can’t say enough good about Northern Comfort. There had been 4 companies in my home to service my furnace and not one of them found my cracked heat exchanger and carbon monoxide leak. Joe checked it and found it quickly. I needed a new furnace, Zach and Adam had it installed that same week. They were all very knowledgeable, professional and kind. I would highly recommend Northern Comfort if you’re in need of a new heating and cooling system!
