Best Full Service Plumbing in Indianapolis IN

Called to get quote for installing dishwasher apparently they don't do that. Asked what the charge is for installing kitchen faucet, they don't have clue. Only answer gave me there is $99 trip charge to come out and look at the faucet! Really? Another plumbing company that don't know how much would it cost to install kitchen faucet?! Yes there are plenty companies that can give quote upfront and then there are the ones that can't and get one star from me.

Jeff arrived within scheduled timeframe. He was courteous, professional and friendly throughout the entire service. After completion he offered helpful tips to prevent future issues.

Faucet was installed in February and since then the handle has come off twice. Each time I have called and they came out the next day to fix. However, I would prefer if the product didn't break so easy.

We hired them to run completely redo our outside spigot. It has never been connected since we had the house. They ran pvc, connected it, and replaced outside spigot. They were very professional, friendly, and worked in a timely manner.

My plumber, Dan, was running early and wanted to know if it was okay if he came. He was kind, polite, explained what he thought the problem was and how he would fix it. Once the toilet was off he came and discussed an additional issue that contributed to the problem. Before he started I knew what the cost was and that since I was using my debit card there was a slight service charge. He left my bathroom just as he found it, clean and dry. I would definitely request him again should I need plumbing assistance.

We have used the plumbing company multiple times. Their dispatcher, Cindy, is exceptional in her knowledge and ability to save trips by pre-identifying parts needed etc. Conrad does excellent work, & if there is ever a problem they return to fix it without complaint. Damaged my floors - Had a water heater with a defunct gas valve. They came to replace it. A few days later I noticed the floor buckled with water damage. Pulled the plank up closest to the water heater and there was standing water under it. Extends to the wall of my laundry room. No damage near the washer so the obvious source is the water heater. Old one not leaking. New one not leaking. Used towels to clean water during install so there was a water issues at that time. They ignored my first call and contact via website. Second call they answered but took no accountability for the damage. Laughed at the suggestion the replace the damaged area. Unprofessional. Unaccountable. Bad hearted person to leave the job like that and leave the homeowner to deal with it.
