Ed Boyd was punctual, honest, tidy, and polite. He communicated well and was forthcoming with all the expenses and next steps. I was very impressed with the care he took to clean up after himself and to even move his truck without being asked when anticipating my arrival.

Had myself a long, strange poop last night. The aftermath caused a brown muddy river through my whole bathroom leaving a touch of brown. I'm so grateful that these guys were able to fix me up and roll away the poo.

Clayton, and Andrew, came in and offered a solution that didn’t involve tearing up my kitchen, to repair a hot water line leak. They went about the task quickly and efficiently and had us back up and running in just a few hours. They also cleaned up some sloppy plumbing that others had left. The price was a half to a third of what I had been quoted by others.

I called Acme out to my home for several plumbing issues and they got a technician out the same day! The young lady on the phone was extremely kind and directed me in the right direction. She sent a very nice gentleman who was very knowledge , didn't talk down to me and answered all of my questions and concerns. Very disappointed with Nick and the office staff. He showed up on Friday to the apartment complex to check on a gas leak. I called their office and spoke to Amanda who said Nick was getting a quote together and I would have it right away. Nick also told this to my leasing agent in our office. Did not hear back from them or receive the quote all weekend and I have a resident with no gas. So I called yesterday to talk with Nick and see when the apartment can be repaired. Doh! They suddenly don't have any record of being at my property and are confused by me calling. Then a real rude woman gets on the phone and says we have no appointments til Friday. Sounds pretty fishy to me. You were in my office on Friday- come see yourself on camera! Very unprofessional!!! I would call Mcneely instead of Gordon's, they are rude and will lie! Mcneelys fixed the leak the same day I called them. So if you want to get the run around call Gordon's! Good luck!

Installed a sink and faucet in my kitchen. They did a great job. Scheduling was easy and quick. When one of the guys had to leave unexpectedly, they sent someone else out to finish the job. Both were great!

David was great. Removed old toilet and bathroom vanity. He will come back to install new once our new floors are put in. David has also worked on our kitchen sink and replaced one of the water spigots on outside of house.

We used The Plumbing Company via our general contractor for a brand new bathroom in our basement. Conrad did a phenomenal job, all the way from rough-in to finishing touches. He's meticulous, professional, and very knowledgeable. To make things work on our project, he also had to re-plumb part of kitchen as well and everything was extremely neat.
