I called and scheduled service, they gave me a 2 hour window saying that someone would be out to provide me with service, and that they would call me 30 minutes prior to the technician arriving, so I said ok, and waited.After waiting over 2 hours, I called back and asked what was going on, no one could explain to me what was going on, and why haven't a serviceman came nor contacted me, and didn't offer anything in return for the miscommunication or commitment to provide me services.

This Plumbing Company is a beautiful bright light in the service industry!!! We called today to get a quote on several issues in an older home that we just purchased. The lady in the office was quite friendly and competent, and said she had an opening today! John text shortly after we hung up and stated he was on his way...I really liked that! Shortly thereafter, he did indeed arrive.

We then explained all our concerns to include a leak in the crawl space that we were informed of during the Initial inspection and we also addressed our concerns regarding the smell of the well water and the need for a whole house water filtration system among other smaller issues. John checked everything out and reported back. He advised us that there absolutely was no leak under the house and further stated it was clean and dry enough under there to sleep. He then explained why we had the smell from the faucet and further told us there was a water filtration in place already and showed us exactly how to change the filter and where to purchase the replacements! This guy has more integrity in his little finger than most all combined that We’ve ever dealt with! We will never call any other plumber in the future...this company has absolutely amazing standards! Miguel has completed our last two projects and both times we’ve have been very pleased! He is a very thoughtful, polite young man that takes pride in his work. He goes above and beyond and the completed projects have been outstanding! The receptionist Ashley is also very polite and completely competent during scheduling and other questions that come up. Met the owner today, I did a preventative maintenance on his rooftop unit. All I can say is if you want a straight shooter who cuts out all the b.s. this is the place for you. Trustworthy looks you in the eye when he speaks to you. Could'nt ask for more outta someone honestly.

Super happy with the service and quality from the team at Reasonable Plumbing! Our water heater was leaking and they were able to respond to our questions, give us a quote and install the next day. Brian and Chuck were amazing!! They installed a water softener and an under the sink reverse osmosis system in our home. They were on time and very respectful. They did a very professional job and the system looks great. They took the time to make sure the job was done correctly the first time. Curtis, the technician, was a polite, extremely knowledgeable, very kind, and helpful professional. After an exhaustive diagnosis... he spent quality time explaining our water heater issues. His honesty and feel for people were reflected in the way he talked.Pricing was clear & was presented well in advance to make an informed decision. Great service. No issues. On time, very professional. Dayton was the lead on this project, and fixed rattling pipes with straps in the crawl space. Much cheaper than replacing all water pipes, which was quoted by another service.

All points plumbing was assigned to come and fix my bath tub through my home warranty company Choice Home Warranty. They reshceduled more than five times and I would rearrange my schedule and wait for them to show and they always had excuses. Finally, I was able to get a time when someone was going to show up but the technician told me it was going to be around 10:00 at night. I told the technician that was way too late to come to my home. I finally was able to get a technician out to my home after calling and complaining to my home warranty company about them not showing up and they had called the agency and told them I wasn't home when they showed up in the past which is not true. When the technician finally came to my home after I he was over 2 hours late for the appointment and I had to call beg someone to please come and assess my issue the technician walked right in asking how I would pay my co-payment before he even looked at or addressed the issue that I had been waiting for over one month to be fixed. The technician explained the reason why both of my bathtubs were running the hot water so slowly was because of something with the faucet. When he called my warranty company they said I needed to call the manufacturer of my faucet and have them send new faucets but my home warranty company said they would cover the cost of the labor. The technician told me not to worry he had extra faucets in his shop and he would return in three days to install them. He told my copay and went and sent a totally different diagnosis other than what he had told me which he knew would not be covered by my home warranty company. Two days later after I called and complained to my home warranty service about the horrible experience I had with this company the technician sent another diagnosis where he stated my plumbing issues were marked unnecessary which is untrue. Both of my tubs are dripping out hot water, there is no power and no flow. I am a bath enthusiast and cannot take a bath because it takes over 45 minutes to fill my tub and by the time it fills the water is cold. There is barely enough water to take a shower. I am a travel nurse practitioner and I have been on the front lines for the last year in and out of hotels and I was looking forward to be able to take baths again in my tub since I hadn't been able to because I have been living in hotels for the last year. I also diagnose and treat patients and never have I told a patient one thing, put another thing in there chart and then went back and changed their diagnosis without notifying them of my supporting clinical findings for the change in diagnosis and the treatment recommendations. It is unethical and immoral to lie to a customer, saying you will be back to finish a job when u have no intentions of doing so and than lie so you wont have to come back and do the work you were paid to do. I still cant take a decent bath or shower, I have to pay out of pocket since the technician lied to my company and he said I had sediment in my water heater, and replace the water heater which in some circumstances it can be covered but not the way in which the technician lied and said it was due to sediment. The technician also had a horrible cough, wore his mask more like a chin strap than a face covering, I have taken care of hundreds of Covid-19 patients across the nation and I was scared to have him in my home with this barking cough but thank God I'm fully vaccinated.

I would highly recommend Indy Water Heater Softener. Danny and his crew did a fantastic job replacing our plumbing. They were on time both days and called to let me know how far out they were. Can't say enough good things about the job they did. I would use them again without hesitation!

Had a great experience with Roto-Rooter this weekend. Had a bad slab leak and they were able to come out diagnosis the problem, detect and fix the leak, and then begin the restoration process (drying). Roto-Rooter was a one-stop shop where our previous plumber was going to have to call in third parties to help with the job and have us wait through the weekend. Roto-Rooter came by and knocked everything out for us on a Saturday! I also really enjoyed working with Jim and Mark. Jim even gave my son some caution tape to play with, thanks Jim!
