We had a leak in our basement which ended up being a serious plumbing issue. Any water that went through our pipes ended up on the basement floor. After receiving recommendations and quotes from several companies, we chose 1-800-PLUMBER+AIR. They understood the urgency of our situation and Tammy (sp?) was extremely kind in her communications with us. David and Jerel were very pleasant to work with in an unpleasant situation. They provided details of what they were doing along the way to ensure we understood the reasoning. They also made sure their work was inspected by the city. David gave us some tips about our water softener which was very helpful as well! The owner, Wendy, contacted us which was a pleasant surprise! We also needed a letter regarding the work done and Kyle supplied it the very next day. We will definitely use them again!

Came home to a pin hole in my water pipe. Rodolfo came immediately to evaluate the problem, and fix ASAP. He worked efficiently and quickly to repair the pipes in my wall. Not my first time using Plumb Doctor, and probably not the last (although would love to avoid anymore isolated issues! Haha)

Appreciated getting estimates and quotes over the phone and then having the work done quickly and near the estimate when not a firm quote. Appreciated Kyle doing some the small things to make things better (vs just the easiest and cheapest) in the long. And they have always shown up on time. Great service on all fronts.

I VERY HIGHLY recommend the wonderful people at Mr. Quik! My mother had just finished her radiation treatments for cancer and was still doing chemo when her hot water went out. Turns out she needed a new water heater. The professional and COMPASSIONATE people from Mr. Quik came out immediately and answered our prayers. Some companies just care about profits and charges, but not the people at Mr. Quik! They worked it all out with us and helped us when other companies probably would have walked away. All I can say is THANK YOU to the owner AND to the angel who came out to do the estimate AS WELL AS the installer. My mother was able to have a hot bath and peace of mind after all that radiation and pain. But it was the true compassion that really was the most impactful and astonishing thing, to see that there are good people and good companies still out there.

Larry was very friendly, did a great job, and cleaned up so you didn't even know he had been there, except for the new faucets that is. What else could you ask for?

Unassuming. Experienced. Analysis was quickly completed and, after a run to obtain a replacement disposer, the trouble was quickly resolved.

Great company. I called to get a service call as my AC didn't work, of course on the first hot week of the year, they squeezed in a diagnostic call for the next day, basic 30 min appt. to figure out what was wrong and then were going to set up a service call when their busy schedule allowed. The Technician was polite and punctual and actually for the AC fixed in that 30 minute diagnostic call. Very happy with the service and wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

Aqueduct is always prompt and professional. The advice is honest, even advising against a requested service and educating me on why that was his recommendation. His fees are very reasonable.

Eric for All Pro Pluming Services came to supply and install a new garbage disposal under our kitchen sink. He was efficient and tidied up after he had finished at a cost that I thought very reasonable. The work appears to be well done and without any fuss. Thank you Eric.

We would give this company 10 stars if we could. Gordon Plumbing of Fishers, Indiana was contracted by our home warranty company in the past month to replace a cracked water pipe which they did quickly and efficiently. They didn’t try and sell us any other products. Every single person we spoke to was pleasant and answered any and all questions we had in a respectful, knowledgeable manner that we could understand. This week they helped us figure out the solution to a separate issue. We have no doubt we would still be sitting here scratching our heads without them. They have the knowledge, expertise and equipment to complete any plumbing job big or small. The supervisor/manager that has helped us with this most recent issue is to be commended for his patience.
