We had our hot water heater fail, so we called Larry at Carters plumbing at 12:30 PM and they had a team at our house fixing it that afternoon. Amazing service and a very good price. Our first time using them but very pleased!!

Three technicians from this company could not figure out that my plumbing issue was centered on the SUMP PUMP. In other words, the problem was INSIDE THE HOUSE. So, what did they decide? Let’s charge $401.00 for snaking the OUTSIDE sewer line. As of this past week, the problem with the SUMP is still a PROBLEM. PLUS, I’ve called their EMERGENCY LINE three times over the past three days. Their response? “Crickets.” At least I now know who NOT TO CALL for my plumbing issues.

Gary was very knowledgeable and did not try to sale me anything. When he called me to see what was found he provided recommendation and what he would do to slow issue down. With me being a woman I was sure he would try to get me to purchase something. Very professional and I was pleased.

I honestly don’t know where to begin. I’ve have Casey with MFP out to my home several times to help me in the kitchen. He’s installed water access lines and shut off valves. Very fair and professional!

Dishonest company, atrocious customer service.After having an HVAC installed with them we decided to have a Service Plus plumber come out for a reg. maintenance check. We specifically asked him to check the softener, he said we needed a brand new one because the water was hard.We later found out that when Service Plus installed the HVAC the week prior to the plumber coming out, that the techs cut the wire to our water softener because it was wired through the furnace.We were NEVER told by the guys installing the HVAC that our softener was wired that way and that the softener would not be working anymore after they installed the furnace.What I am most upset about is that when they called the HVAC tech to check with him, the tech flat out lied saying that he had told us, when that is not the case.We realize it’s our word against theirs but if they would have told us as they claim they did, why wouldn’t they have asked us if we wanted a consultation with Service Plus for a new softener, we are club members with them and it would have been free for us to have a consultation for a new one.We were shocked when we realized what they had done and completely baffled by the fact that the plumber told us we needed a new softener without even trying to cycle/run it and wasn’t even the one to call to attention that our softener wasn’t running, as we found out about it ourselves a few days later.The plumber called his boss and said they would add an outlet to the furnace for when we decide to get a new softener, he said they would do it for free because the system is under warranty. I told him we would expect it to be done because they made a mistake and to provide even the lowest level of customer service to attempt to make it right. He responded with - we can do it for free because the system is under warranty, if it wasn’t, it would cost you $67.00.We’ll see if they actually follow through.We received ZERO apologies from Service Plus. The packet we received with our furnace says “Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed” they are all talk and no delivery. We spent 8k on an HVAC with a dishonest company and are out out water softener.

I called Plumbing Doctors because I had a leak in a pipe in the slab in my garage. Vince took my information and scheduled a 2 hr window to come out on a Saturday. Vince called before coming so I knew he was on his way. When Vince arrived he introduced himself very professionally and took a look at the leak sight. Vince was very clear about what it would take to fix the leak and what the process would look like. Vince gave me a detailed quote with pricing for the job. It was a extremely fair price and I signed off for him to start the job. Vince kept me in the loop throughout the repair and was very thorough. The area was cleaned up before leaving. I would recommend Plumbing Doctors to anyone that has a plumbing project or a plumbing emergency.

These guys are awesome. After a dispute with the neighbor that hired them, they saw that what the neighboring business wanted completed was not right. & Rob was a huge assistance to me in workin with the city & standing behind what was right in my favor & I wasn't even the customer that hired them. It's so hard to trust companies anymore in today's world but Second Opinion is definitely very trustworthy & respectful. If I ever do need a plumber, I know where I'm callin.

When I refused to allow them to see my insurance estimate, most did not return my call or not show up to do the estimate as scheduled.
