I needed a same-day emergency hot water heater just before a reno was to start, and they were here the same afternoon so we didn't need to get behind schedule. We own 2 homes. Keith and his dad, Richard Fowler, have done a lot of work at both of them. They are on time, careful when in your home, respectful to you, and clean up well when they are finished. Their prices are fair. Definitely recommend!

My work is not done, I am owed a water heater, water softener, hook up of the pressure tank. Almost paid in full and most of the work is not done. I question a few things that are done if they are done correctly. No one answers the phone now. Was told they went out of business last week. I called left two messages and now I get a busy single. Any update would be appreciated. I pray they follow through and get it done.

The hot water heater in our office went down. I contacted Fite over the weekend and they beat a competitor's price and had the replacement done by Monday afternoon. Everyone was very polite and professional during the whole process. Excellent company and I would highly recommend.
