Very prompt, polite, and professional. Made it to our house in 30 minutes and finished with the entire service in less than 2 hours. It was raining outside for the better part of the morning and the technician immediately put booties on over his shoes before entering our home, which I greatly appreciated since we have a little one running around. The technician called to let me know when he was on his way. I also liked being able to check the app to show the estimated arrival time. The technician was polite and professional. To notes of what the problem was and went right to work. My issue was a clogged bathroom sink drain. He cleared the drain and it works great. Took him about 30 minutes. He explained everything to me and made sure the area was as he found it. Did a wonderful job and I will certainly use him again if I ever have a drain issue. Great job.
