Best Battery Backup in Indianapolis IN

I have been a customer of Hope Plumbing on a number of occasions. I own an older home and they have done excellent work with the jobs I've enlisted them for. Most recently I had Eric as my service technician, who installed a new bucket pump system to replace an old pipe outlet. The customer service staff are very helpful on the phone and the work was done in a manner that was accommodating to my needs and my schedule. Friendly staff.

Kris was our plumber. He did an excellent job and was very polite and professional. We discussed what needed to be done and he gave me a price and did the work quickly. I highly recommend him.

While I was satisfied with the overall service there was one thing I didn't like. When the plumber asked if it was ok if he cut a small hole in the textured drywall ceiling of the laundry closet to run his camera and view the dryer vent I said sure, no problem. If I had known beforehand that he wasn't going to do anything to patch the hole after he was done my answer would have been different. So I now have a hole that's 2-3 inches by 2-3 inches in the ceiling of my laundry closet that will let in any type of critter that wants to come in and I, being a first time homeowner, have no knowledge of how to do any kind of drywall patching to fix the issue.

Would highly recommend Mr. Plumber. Very professional and no pressure sales. The installation of the water heater looks great and no leftover debris. Great company and employees that really care about the job they do! Warren was great with the estimate. Jimmy & Rob did a superb job of the installation of the water heater.

Chris Boggess (#3587) did a great job for us. Had a basement drain backup early AM. Called at 830, he was here by 1015 to walk me through the process and quote the job. Then he assessed the possible issues and got right to work, done and paid by 1045. Any issues in the future I'll definitely be reaching out to Chris.

Eric for All Pro Pluming Services came to supply and install a new garbage disposal under our kitchen sink. He was efficient and tidied up after he had finished at a cost that I thought very reasonable. The work appears to be well done and without any fuss. Thank you Eric.

We've used Weilhammer Plumber MULTIPLE times. They're FANTASTIC! They're honest and are willing to give a rough quote over the phone when you schedule your appointment so you have an idea of approximately what the repair/installation will cost. Very honest and frank about pricing, cause of damage, warranties, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

Kima helped install a new sump pump for us. He was timely, efficient, and super helpful throughout the whole process. Zo also helped locate a water line to our refrigerator that was leaking. He helped remove the line at my request and also helped troubleshoot a small issue with my kitchen sink. Both services were quick and friendly and they also adhered to the COVID-19 guidelines very well.

Prime Plumbing installed a gas line for me. I’ve worked with them before and they do great work!
