This is the second time I've needed service. Keith and family installed a sump pump for our first service. 2nd visit installed plumbing, venting to our second floor for a washer and dryer. They are professionals, fair pricing and very personable. I would recommend them to anyone who needed service. If you need a plumber this is the company to call.

(Other companies did not, or called 1 hour later.) Mike and Joe came when I was told to expect them, evaluated the situation, did the job and were out of here in less than an hour. I live on a street where P Bros are being used. For at least 2 days, the flatbed truck that carried a large piece of equipment just sits on the side street with his truck running and making the road a one-way street. I wonder if Peterman charges their clients for all the fuel they're using by sitting there all day long?

I had a difficult time finding someone who could access a drain located under my water heater. Roto Rooter had one service person call me and advised he could not do it and one serviceman came to my home and advised he couldn’t do it and would ask that a senior serviceman come out. He did come and immediately went about determining the problem and how it could be solved. His name is Eddie Garcia and he solved the problem. He normally handles commercial difficult jobs. If you have a difficult problem Eddie is your man!

Jason was very helpful before he even came out to my house! He got here in the time window that was provided and called me when he was on his way. He was very professional and of the job done quickly! He replaced the bathroom exhaust fan and even explained what my home warranty company would and wouldnt pay for ahead of time so that I wouldn’t be surprised later. I will definitely be using their services again!

Installed a wated powered back up sump pump but never tested it, first time the main one failed the backup came on and did nothing but add more water to the pit. So I paid ~$700 for nothing and now this guy wont call me back...really crappy experience
