Prime Plumbing and Drains is top notch! They are very professional, very nice and highly skilled. They were on time, no waiting and I was so impressed that right off the bat they immediately put their shoe covers on without me having to ask! After dealing with a sink problem and having 3 different plumbers unable to fix the problem, I was referred to Prime Plumbing and Drains. They promptly arrived and were able to fix the problem in less than 30 minutes! I am so happy with my experience!

Guys were friendly but charged more for labor than advertised rates. Showed up at 8:50 was gone by 12:50 and charged $495 for labor. The bill was $5 over the quote but charged the quoted price but it seems like it should have been less seeing as he advertises $125 first hour and $85 hour after. I ended up paying $123.75 an hour. They did good work. I had a question after they left and he did return my call promptly. Would use again but would get clarity on labor cost first.

I love this place

Our pipes burst and other companies weren't able to come for 4+ days. Hood came out the next day and fixed it. He also offered suggestions to prevent it in the future. He was kind and took the time to explain everything. Very reasonably priced as well, especially considering it was an emergency call around the holidays!

They saved me a LOT of $$. I called them after a chain repair company told me I needed a new unit for over $6,000. Harley came by and replaced a $15 part + $75 labor and I have heat again!! THANK YOU!!!

FYI: No parts sales to general public.

don't bother calling. you'll end up sitting at home waiting and they won't show up.

rude, lazy, unprofessional ......I payed to get them to leave!
