When Gabe said he was finished, he left without telling me he hamaged my wall, and left my shower valve loose to the touch. He was polite and corrected it the best he could but he and his supervisor blamed it on him being tired. Service and excuses don't mix.

Eric for All Pro Pluming Services came to supply and install a new garbage disposal under our kitchen sink. He was efficient and tidied up after he had finished at a cost that I thought very reasonable. The work appears to be well done and without any fuss. Thank you Eric.

They installed a new water heater for me at my father in-laws house. Purchased the tank and install kit at Lowe's where I am provided a 10% discount as a veteran and Lowe's had the contractor list.
Josh was the guy that did the work and he was courteous and very fast. Had the old tank drained and out within an hour and the new one installed and burning gas within the following hour. Good work!

Unfortunately we have to have our home re-plumbed completely! Their estimate was less than I was expecting. Donny answered mine and my husband multiple questions after his visit via phone/text. Thank you Donny!

We've used Weilhammer Plumber MULTIPLE times. They're FANTASTIC! They're honest and are willing to give a rough quote over the phone when you schedule your appointment so you have an idea of approximately what the repair/installation will cost. Very honest and frank about pricing, cause of damage, warranties, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

Called to do a job, guy (Mike) talked about how professional and quality they are. Agreed to do the job and then completely blew the job off. No return phone calls to even say he couldn’t do it. Just left me hanging. I would not recommend this guy at all.

I called the plumping co because my in laws used them and I was extremely satisfied. I want to express I did not end up using them (we have a friend who’s a plumber that ended up helping us out - it’s just a water heater replacement) but I will use them for any future needs. Cindy is the one who answered the phone and her knowledge and customer service was amazing! She gave us so much helpful information and she was super attentive. I am huge on customer service and Cindy exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them and again, I will use them in the future for certain! My in laws also had an exceptional experience and they had a whole bathroom redone with the plumbing company! If you care about customer service and want good quality this place offers both (quality of service being based from my in laws bathroom).

Damaged my floors - Had a water heater with a defunct gas valve. They came to replace it. A few days later I noticed the floor buckled with water damage. Pulled the plank up closest to the water heater and there was standing water under it. Extends to the wall of my laundry room. No damage near the washer so the obvious source is the water heater. Old one not leaking. New one not leaking. Used towels to clean water during install so there was a water issues at that time. They ignored my first call and contact via website. Second call they answered but took no accountability for the damage. Laughed at the suggestion the replace the damaged area. Unprofessional. Unaccountable. Bad hearted person to leave the job like that and leave the homeowner to deal with it.

I had standing water in my basement and needed my line snaked. This is the plumber that was sent out to my home by my home owners warranty insurance through Sears. I told him that in the past the drain had been snake through the drain in the basement. He insisted on taking my toilet up to snake from there. I told him several times to use the drain in the basement. He was not able to get the drain clean and I had to call another plumber who was able to get it done. I ended having another plumber come and snake the drain in the basement. This company is dishonest. He said I signed for him to go through my toilet when in fact he had me thinking I was signing for the required 60.00 fee. I would not recommend Premier Plumbing to anyone.
