Bill was great! After a couple of weeks of our garbage disposal not working, we scheduled an appointment. He texted to confirm the time the night before and let me know he may be a little late due to an earlier appointment - awesome communication - and only showed up a few minutes past 10:30. He was quick, efficient, had no issue pinpointing the problem (how a rock managed to get down there, I’ll never know), and was in and out in 15 minutes, leaving me with a fixed garbage disposal, a quick dejamming-a-garbage-disposal how-to, and the knowledge that if it leaks, it’s gotta get replaced. What can I say but WOW. I have never dealt with such an amazing small business before and I will use Simply Water exclusively for all of my plumbing needs. We ended up switching from a Tank system to a tankless. Not only was the heater job done incredibly neatly - but the house was also plumbed to install a water softener as well - all within the same 5.5 hour window. I can’t rave enough about second opinion plumbing! They’re honest about the issue and affordable. Initially, I had a different company come out and tell me a whole line needed replaced immediately because it was broken and bellied, charging almost $10k. Shocked and afraid it would back into the house, I almost signed that paper! BUT. Luckily, I called for a second opinion at Second Opinion Plumbing. The line didn’t need replaced at all, it wasn’t broken or bellied. Rob at Second Opinion Plumbing saved me over $9,000. I’m so so thankful! I sound like a commercial on tv lol but it’s true!!! Had this business quote replacement of AC and furnace- their quote was more than double the competition- $9000 vs $4000 by a couple reputable other companies. Yikes! I shop around when I am spending this much money. They clearly depend on customer ignorance.

Extremely professional and knowledgeable. They were able to look over the whole house, tell us exactly what we needed, and what we didn’t. Gave us varying costs to match what is best for us. Their monthly protection plans seem to be a great value, and this company definitely seems to be one I plan to use in the future. Jason did amazing, definitely the best plumbing/HVAC technician I’ve ever had to work with.
