I used Crossroads last year to replace two exterior water bibs. He was responsive, on time, and did a fine job. No complaints.

During the cold snap in December 2022, one of my water pipes froze (luckily it didn't burst). I called Crossroads, and unfortunately, due to vacation and being overbooked, he was not able to make it out. However, he did walk me through what to do to fix it. He even followed up a few hours later to make sure everything was ok.

I will definitely be using him again in the future.

I called Service 1 after I had already called two other plumbers out to my house. The first plumber was useless, the second one was way over priced. But you know what they say, 3rd times a charm!! I had a new air conditioning unit installed on May 19,2020. The installation went smoothly and the 2 technicians I interacted with were professional and friendly. It will be very nice to have a fully functioning unit with summer coming. Efficient systems also schedules a follow up visit after the installation to make sure that everything is working properly.
