The techs give me good sound recommendations on what I need and or don’t need. The costs are fair and upfront before any work starts. He provided his expert recommendation for a replacement, picked it up, installed it, removed the old one and was so quick. He even tested for gas leaks and made carbon monoxide detector recommendations for before leaving. Shop small, I highly recommend his services. I now have a plumber for life, super grateful being a first time home owner! Thank you for everything.

Have used this company for years. They are always prompt,polite and fair.

My work is not done, I am owed a water heater, water softener, hook up of the pressure tank. Almost paid in full and most of the work is not done. I question a few things that are done if they are done correctly. No one answers the phone now. Was told they went out of business last week. I called left two messages and now I get a busy single. Any update would be appreciated. I pray they follow through and get it done.

Jim is very professional and certainly takes great pride in performing high quality work. Jim did a very big job for me that included: removing my countertops, sink, and old dishwasher; lifting and installing new countertops; putting in new sink and faucet while also making the garbage disposal more functional; installing new dishwasher; and fixing a clogged drain from my AC unit. Previously, he had also put in a new water heater for me. Jim does a fantastic job and I highly recommend his services.
