I have used Chapman for all of our heating and cooling service and needs, and I am now making use of their plumbing service also. I had a new sump pump put in since I put the last one in 8 years ago. They did a great job. I have my summer A/C checkup and as usual they were very personable and professional. Gunner was the service tech this time and both my wife and I were pleased with how professional he was checking out the heat pump and air. I will always recommend Chapman Heating, Cooling and Plumbing service. I have never been disappointed.

Steve Morin Plumbing Service is the best, not only did he do a great job in installing my water softener, when I called a year later to express my concern about a problem I thought I was having he explained to me what I was supposed to have done in the beginning to use the system properly, then bought me a new filter because I had replaced one that had not been used properly and had delivered to my home by his worker. Thanks Steve you're the best. I see the difference already in my dishes are now sparkling clean.

We hired them to run completely redo our outside spigot. It has never been connected since we had the house. They ran pvc, connected it, and replaced outside spigot. They were very professional, friendly, and worked in a timely manner.

We called and set up an appointment yesterday. They did not show up to our scheduled appointment time; I find this extremely unprofessional. My day is wasted and I still have a plumbing issue. There is no excuse for missing an appointment without the courtesy of a phone call.
I will not be requesting their services in the future.

I called Service 1 after I had already called two other plumbers out to my house. The first plumber was useless, the second one was way over priced. But you know what they say, 3rd times a charm!! Service 1 came out to my house the same day. They easily diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in a matter of minutes! They were professional and easy to talk to. Had this business quote replacement of AC and furnace- their quote was more than double the competition- $9000 vs $4000 by a couple reputable other companies. Yikes! I shop around when I am spending this much money. They clearly depend on customer ignorance.
