Best Replacement in Indianapolis IN

We hired them to run completely redo our outside spigot. It has never been connected since we had the house. They ran pvc, connected it, and replaced outside spigot. They were very professional, friendly, and worked in a timely manner.

Old AC system knocked out and it was 92*. I was hot. Chapman showed up that day to trouble-shoot and estimate and were able to install within 3 days...... amazing. Would recommend them over and over. Professional crews all around. House is cool, husband says I'm still hot ;)

Danny and his Indy Water Heater team are great at what they do in every way...period. OUTSTANDING.We had an appointment with Carters today. Elijah W. From Greenwood was our repairman.I had clogged our pipes bad from putting to much food down the garbage disposal. The pipes backed up all into our sinks and bathtub. Flooded laundry room. Ect. It was a MESS.We had callled roto-rooter originally and they literally stared at our toilet. Took a walk around the house. Said it would be $700 and they would have to take off the toilet.We called carters instead and he looked at everything. Crawled into our crawl space to check out the pipes. Reassured us he wouldn’t have to take off the toilet! Cleared out all the pipes from going in soley underneath the sinks! He was so professional. Sweet. On time. Assured us. And it did not cost us anywhere near $700 ! FANTASTIC service! That young man deserves a RAISE! He went above and beyond!One happy family here! Cannot wait to upgrade to a better garbage disposal and outdoor clean out location from Carter Plumbing! They are the business to go with! 10 stars if I could ?UPDATE on May 2023Our water heater went out. It came with the house we bought and last 17 years! Carters was able to come the next morning and install us a new one with an awesome warranty and was done within 2 hours ???? We absolutely love the professionalism and prompt service from this company!

Bill said he could come the next day, and he did. He took out water heater, took it to Lowes, got a new one, installed it, had to make a trip for hardware since the old one wouldn't drain, and replaced a leaky pipe and put in a new valve. He checked all of the faucets in the house to make sure they all worked. He also swept up the mess before he left. I was VERY pleased with his work, very professional but personable, and the young man who came to help was just as polite and pleasant. I highly recommend!

This is the second time I've needed service. Keith and family installed a sump pump for our first service. 2nd visit installed plumbing, venting to our second floor for a washer and dryer. This morning I called Curt and Jerry's based on a referral, and left a message for help with clogged plumbing over the weekend. Denise called me back within minutes. Had leaking furnace exhaust pipe replaced by Peterman. Today with the rain notice water leak from said pipe. Peterman got someone here within 2 hours. Oscar did a great job resolving the issue. Turns out wrong type of flashing was installed (not by Peterman, previous home owner).Oscar took pictures of the issue and spent great deal of time in the rain fixing the leak, no additional charge. Again the leak was caused by a preexisting condition. This is how build loyalty.
