The plumbing service exceeded my expectations. The plumber was knowledgeable, friendly, and fixed the issue with my plumbing promptly. I appreciate their expertise and would use their services again.

I needed a pipe repair and this plumbing company was the only one that could come out same-day. They arrived quickly and were able to fix the issue quickly.

Not capable to do some common plumbing issues

Jesse arrived quickly after I called to replace my leaking water heater tank. He explained every step of the way what he was doing. and was very knowledgeable. He even had tips on prolonging the life of the tank. It ended up being an intense project, much longer than anticipated, but he kept a smile on his face the entire time. Great service!

I've had Thornton out for two jobs. Nate (the owner) came out a few years ago and repaired a leaking hot water heater feed. He did a great job, did it fast, and it hasn't been a problem in the 3 years since we had the repair done.

I just recently had Dave out to fix a leaking toilet flange (probably broken by my GC on a recent home renovation, doh). He knocked it out quickly and with no fuss, and went above and beyond by fixing a few other issues with the toilet.

All in all I'm really pleased with Thornton and will have them back for more work as we update our house.

I initially contacted Carter’s My Plumber to come to my home on January 17 between 1pm and 3 pm. I told the lady that answered that I needed someone to unhook my dryer. I explained that the dryer I have is connected to the water source because it has a steam function and I need them to unhook the dryer.. I also told her that I have a leak in one bathroom and I also wanted to replace the faucet’s in my two bathrooms. She said no problem, they carry them on their truck.On the 17th, A gentleman called at approximately 2pm and said they could not come and asked to reschedule. I was disappointed but, I rescheduled for January 25, between 8am and 10am.On January 25th, A gentleman showed up around 9am. I told him what I needed. Bottom line, He did not fix one thing and charged me $50.00. He was not able to unhook the dryer because he didn’t have a cap for the hose. He did not have faucets on the truck as I was told. For him to go pick up 2 standard bathroom faucets and install them would cost over $600.00. The facets I have currently can be replaced for about $20.00 (I googled it before he arrived). I declined toPay that much. The gentleman that came to my House was very nice, but I am very disappointed with the service. I won’t be using this company in the future.

John is the best plumber I have ever came into contact with. He’s very personable cares for his customers and is extremely great on price. He has gone above and beyond for me on two visits now. I will only use him for my plumbing needs. I recommend calling him over any big name plumbing company. He even came out around 11 at night when my basement flooded. Truly a great plumber and even better of a human.

We own 2 homes. Keith and his dad, Richard Fowler, have done a lot of work at both of them. They are on time, careful when in your home, respectful to you, and clean up well when they are finished. Their prices are fair. Definitely recommend!

I have called a list of different plumbers in the Indy area and the experts at P&K are consistently the most reliable and trustworthy. I had a shower issue that two different plumbers told me would cost into four figures. Then, Danny from P&K tried a quick fix that worked perfectly and cost way less. They're not out to bill you as much as they can, and will work with you for an affordable solution.

Horrible experience. With the name of Just Drains I assumed that they would be the best solution for removing a clog from my drain. You know what happens when you assume.... They came out to my rental property after 5 pm and charged an overtime fee which I completely understand and was happy to pay in order to get someone out to the house. The service tech calls me and informs me that he has added another 100 ft reel of cable to his machine and that also carried an extra charge so I allowed that and paid that fee as well. Then he calls me and said that the drain is still clogged, but his supervisor was going to come out the following day and look at it. I was a little suspicious about this as the entire property isn't 200 feet long and only about 40 feet from the sewer line. I'm not sure exactly what the supervisor did while he was there but he called and said the drain was still clogged and that it would be yet more money to bring out additional equipment to unclog the drain. At this point, my renters hadn't been able to run water for 2 days so I gave approval for that as well. However, they couldn't guarantee that it would work and regardless of the outcome, I still owed the full amount, even if they didn't clear the drain. After all was said and done, it cost me nearly $600 to get them to clear my drain.
The lady working in the office was incredibly rude and told me that it was they can't guarantee that they can clear a drain if I have bad drains. I explained to her that I hired her for a job and they didn't do it, so why should I pay for it? She said because you have to. I don't know about everyone else but if I don't do my job, my company isn't going to pay me, what makes them different?

Their website should read, We'll make a mediocre attempt to clear your drain and if we can't, we'll charge you more money, try something else and if that doesn't work, sorry, you still owe us. If you can't guarantee your work, that doesn't speak very highly about your confidence in your business.

I ended up paying the bill but as someone who owns rental properties, I will NEVER use Just Drains nor will I ever recommend them to anyone.

Originally called the Drainman on a Sunday to get some help diagnosing a blocked sewer line. Promptly Monday morning I received a follow up call to my message left with this firm. I needed a camera ran on my line to specifically locate the blockage as the initial firm out was unable to give me an exact location. These guys came out the same day and were able to located the specific spot. Both techs were very helpful and informative giving me options to consider.

Called when on their way, showed up in their window, got the job done and educated me on our septic tank! Great service! Best price out of 5 quotes as well.

If I could write a lower star I would, it's extremely unprofessional to not stick to set appointment times. We had an appointment set for this afternoon, the receptionist attempted to change the time, I cannot change my work schedule or coordinate things last minute. They were rude, unprofessional and unable to commit to a set time.
If you value your time, you're better going with another company. If you have time to spare and wait or communicate with a rude receptionists this is the company for you!
