Danny was very professional and did a great job adjusting when additional plumbing problems arose. He even took the time to fix another lingering issue in the bathroom while there.

I recently contacted JC Plumbing for an estimate for a freezer line to be installed and for them to check my guest bathroom. When I called, the lady that answered was very nice. I noted and stressed that my crawl was a tight squeeze and probably had about 20-24 inches of clearance in most areas. She said that they should be able to get down there.

Throughout the day, there was a no show during the time frame that Joe (the plumber tech) said he would arrive. I understand there can be delays in appointments and unforeseeable issues, however, the original appointment was for 9am and he missed the couple of times he said he would come.

When Joe and his colleague arrived, they both seemed disinterested and clueless to the reason they were there. He ended up asking me what I needed done which I thought was strange since I would have thought that he would be debriefed about the job. Regardless, I told him what I needed done. As stated previously, my crawl is a tight squeeze, however Joe and his colleague simply put their feet in my crawl and just said that they cannot get down there. I feel bad since i know that they had a long day, however, the lack of communication, professionalism, and delays is the reason for this review.

I use Thornton for plumbing in my own house, as well as for my business (interior design). They have always done an excellent job, whether it's installing new water heaters and softeners or changing out old faucets. I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.

Due to a sharp spike in my water usage last month, I immediately thought I had a leak in a pipe. Called Carter’s on 09/17/21 for a service call. Tonya said they could here be within 2-3 hours. Ecstatic it was same day service. Tonya called me a very short time later stating they’ll be here within the hour!!!!. Once techs got here they immediately checked my meter and didn’t detect any leaks. It was the toilet tank parts I had! They replaced the entire inner parts of the tank with quality and gave me the peace of mind of no leaks. Never used a plumber before and glad I chose Carter’s!

John is the best plumber I have ever came into contact with. He’s very personable cares for his customers and is extremely great on price. He has gone above and beyond for me on two visits now. I will only use him for my plumbing needs. I recommend calling him over any big name plumbing company. He even came out around 11 at night when my basement flooded. Truly a great plumber and even better of a human.

Drainman spent an entire Friday attempting to diagnose a problem. Main line not allowing water out and backing sewage into basement. No definitive diagnosis. Technician needed more experienced technician to come help. Told us then that work would not be performed until maybe Monday. But would call later that evening with update. No call. Called drain man back on Saturday. Brian says he will make calls and somebody to call back within hour. Nope. Called drain man back two hours later. Got Al (a supervisor), Al says if they said they would get back to you in Monday, they will. Inform Al, no they said maybe and would call back Friday. No call and no call after follow up. Surely supervisor Al could call his people and get an a set of what is going on as we have no indoor plumbing. Ask Al of an answer is too much to ask ... Al says, you PROBABLY won't get an answer today. This is the definition of horrible service.
