Would never give them my money now, member of their company tried to road rage me, I couldn’t turn at roundabout because was not clear and he began laying on his horn, he then trued to speed around me after and began flipping me off. He followed me into my neighborhood… and began cussing me out and flipping me off more. Extremely unprofessional and childish especially in a company vehicle. I proceeded to call the company with my video evidence of the interaction and they didnt even care.

Called Efficient a couple of weeks ago during the last polar plunge. Heat wasn’t working. Rob came out, diagnosed it, and got it running. He told me about Efficient’s maintenance deal, a spring and fall checkup. Signed up. This week the winter check up. Dustin cake out in miserable weather and checked things out. Made some suggestions which have been positive! These are my HVAC guys from now on!

Needed someone to check my water heater. Texted them around 3pm and they were here 11am next morning. Needed a whole replacement. Pricing was fair and it was a fairly quick install. Great people!

We had another company install a tankless water heater about 6 weeks earlier. It was working great. The Saturday before Easter, there was no hot water and when we looked at the unit itself, it had no power. We checked breakers, oulet, etc. and everything was showing good. I started calling around different companies who advertised 24/7 service but yet none of them had anyone on-call for the entire weekend. They told me that the 24/7 just meant that they answered the phone 24/7. Uh huh!! They all wanted to come first thing on Monday and I told each of them NO! I finally reached Gary at Mr. Waterheater and they do actually have an on-call 24/7. Gary was great and had Josh set up to come out which he was there inside of 2 hours after my call. After taking his time and checking everything out, he put his hand behind the on-off switch inside the panel and it flickered. Long story short, the factory had not installed one of the wires all the way and it came loose. Great job by all!! Would absolutely use them again without question. They couldn't be any nicer and they were extermely thorough and competent.

Great customer service. Brad and Jared were very professional. They replaced our water heater and cleaned up when they were done. They even out down some ice melter where water from the old water heater got on the driveway. Highly recommend.

During this past winter storm, pipes going to our laundry room were frozen. We're new homeowners and new to Midwest weather so we have no clue what to do. I found Zac's info on Facebook and gave him (and a ton other plumbers) a call to try to get them to come take a look at the frozen pipes on Christmas day. Zac was very responsive and was also giving me advice over the phone before I even agreed to hire him. He was very helpful, upfront, and considerate.
