Ed was great. Informative, helpful and very personable.

We had a pipe leaking under our kitchen sink. We called Pristine and a few hours later Evert was at our house and repaired the leaking pipe and outside water spigot. We are very grateful for the same day, professional service. Evert done a wonderful job. We would highly recommend their services and will use them again in the future.

Called on a Sunday afternoon to schedule a estimate for a new 2 way clean out to be dug out and installed in the front yard and some jetting to be done. Never heard back. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing called back that following morning and did the estimate a hour later. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing did a great job.

Heads up if you don't have standard brands of equipment (what does that mean?!):
They showed up on time and are easy to reach, which is very much appreciated.

My issue was that a shower cartridge needed replaced; they said my shower faucet brand is not a standard brand (it's Pfister, which is very common, so I'm not sure why this is an issue!) , which meant they needed to get the part from a downtown warehouse as it wasn't on their truck.
My service was rated a Level 5 on their flat-rate pricing sheet because of that, and if I had a standard brand it would've been a Level 3, which was ~50% of the cost. I'm frustrated that I got charged nearly double which was mainly drive time; the actual diagnosis and repair was ~20 minutes out of the job; I'm in Broadripple, so not far from downtown or their offices which made that drive time very pricey. Quite frustrating.

Two plumbers came out to troubleshoot problem with low water pressure.

Had a supervisor at my home on Saturday afternoon within an hour. He video scoped my line, found the issue, and went over my options in detail. The next day a tech came out to thoroughly clean my line. Very please with the service and the tech.

Have to go with 5 stars for Steg Plumbing. I recently moved into a new house and had a lot of construction work done inside and out. Nearly 2 months of different contractors coming in and out so I needed tight scheduling, flexibility, fair pricing and quality work. This was especially true with my plumbing needs because this is an older house with a crawl space and I needed a company that was experienced in everything from finding and fixing leaks, to running gas lines, water lines, installing/fixing sinks, etc.. Every time I called Steg Plumbing I did not have to worry about anything. I enjoyed dealing with their whole staff from Dawn in the main office and a special shout out to technician Rick Cummings.
