Best Plumbing Leak Repair in Indianapolis IN

We have a yearly service plan with Hope Plumbing. Once a year they are able to come out and inspect, check on, and do any repairs. We had no issues and decided to have our water heater flushed. Our service tech was professional, tidy & we are happy with this appointment.

A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. Communication was also great.

Good people doing good work. I won't look any further for my future plumbing needs. I highly recommend them.

My sump pump went out on NYE (a great day for that to happen)! Grateful Plumbers was one of the suggested plumbers for Thumbtack. Adam answered the phone on New Year's Day and I was able to get scheduled in for the very next day. He was a couple of hours late, but had called me to let me know. The quote was pretty high (around $563), considering that I went to Menard's and was able to buy a sump pump for $150. I knew this ahead of time, but there was a $49 call fee for him to come out to the house, which would have been deducted from my total bill had he replaced the pump.

They came out and installed a gas line for my gas stove. Tim was courteous prompt and professional. Service was excellent.

Had a wonderful experience with this company today. I needed affordable help same day, they were out within a few hours, and worked around my schedule, which I appreciated. Joe gave me a courtesy call and text, and was able to come a bit earlier. He took plenty of time to help find and solve the issue, while engaging and educating me along the way. He went well above and beyond what I've experienced with other local plumbers (we've worked with quite a few over the years) and will now be my go-to for any future issues.

Mark is not only outstanding on the initial installation but stands behind his work and product. I called Mark a year and a half after an installation when an issue was discovered with a water softener (the property was tenant occupied and the tenant had not reported the problem). Without issue or charge Mark corrected the problem right away. Two years after an installation I asked Mark to check that a system was functioning properly, he did so quickly and again at no cost for the service call, even though there was no problem with the unit. Finding quality, reliable contractors is not easy. I am very happy to have found Mark.

Exterior spigot had a slow drip. Reached out to get quote. They came out the same day and performed the repair. Office contact was super nice and plumber was super friendly. He was professional, kind, respectful, fun, and provide exceptional customer service. Highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

I can safely say that we have never received service as positive and caring and effective as the service we received from Roto-Rooter. We had been using ANOTHER plumbing company to help with what we learned was a blocked sewer line. Multiple visits, each of which we paid for, and no sense of urgency as our sinks and toilets failed to drain. One night it rose to the level of an emergency and they didn't have anyone available.So we called Roto Rooter. Had never used them before. They were at the house in 30 minutes, and Carlos Rodriguez, technician 4757, worked as hard as I've ever seen anyone work. Hours until 11:00 at night. He was unable to get the clog. No surprise, but no fee! But then the doorbell rang the next morning and he was there with his supervisor Jarrett. They kept working and THEY DID WHAT THE OTHER COMPANIES COULDN'T . They got the clog! They kept us informed and most importantly CLEARLY cared about the impact on our family. I could not be happier with this service. World-Class in all respects.Our system will require more work, and the way that Jarrett and Carlos described it was FAR superior to the other companies. It was a smart, measured approach. They are trying to NOT take your money without knowing that it will work. Truly top-notch.I can guarantee our next plumbing call will be Roto-Rooter. No question.

I couldn't recommend Steven and Plumb Doctor more! I had a plumbing emergency that required a cleaning and restoration company's involvement. They recommended a fantastic company, and were able to come right away and work with the restoration crew with timing so they could get in to fix the issue very quickly and get us back living in our house as soon as possible. They walked me through the homeowner's insurance filing process for the repairs, were very professional and thorough, and checked in afterward to make sure everything was good. They even unhooked a troublesome washing machine so the restoration company could demo the area they needed. Everyone I talked to at Plumb Doctor was incredibly helpful, including Steven, Ashlyn, and the other plumber who was assisting. This is definitely the company I will call if I ever have a plumbing need again.

After dealing with a national big box plumbing chain last week, I contacted Hamm & Sons, Inc. Ended up being an A+ service from the office personnel that contacted me to let me know when the plumber was on his way to the work that was performed. The plumber, Ryan, was very courteous with answering our many questions and ensuring that he wore boot covers to keep the floor clean. The price is right in line with the industry, and they were quick with the work, which is good for the consumer. Will definitely be using this company again for our future plumbing needs.
