Best Plumbing Issues in Indianapolis IN

There are two alex p's with hope plumbing. Both are courteous professional and competent at their jobs I'm a guy that knows what he is doing and these guys impress me. Great service. Excellent service and workmanship. Hot water heater went out. Gentleman tried switching parts out, but the old heater was gone. He put in a new Rheem for a reasonable price and had me back with hot water in less than 48 hours. I would recommend them highly.

Jason has been so great to work with. He shows up on time and gets the work done quickly. Both my houses are over 100 years old and his plumbing knowledge is impressive. Happy to have finally found a plumber I can trust!

They were subcontracted by another vender to complete a small job in our home. I got a good vibe from them, they’ll be my first call for a quote on our next project/issue (I’ll update the review). My HOPE ? is that they’re better than other expensive companies who have major name brand recognition but don’t actually care about the customer.

Finding a pro to call back these days is a real blessing. Then to have automated texts and emails with updates on the scheduled appointment..... wow. We had a friendly plumber and the job got done on time as we hoped.

Typical HVAC scammers.Called because my evaporator coil was freezing up even after replacing the filter and cleaning the coil myself. The tech that came said I was bone dry on refrigerant, yet the coil was freezing and my compressor was running (not on limit). He said I would need about 6 lbs of r-22 at an INSANE markup (I could have went and a 30 lb jug of the stuff cheaper than what he wanted for 6 lbs) , and funny because my unit only holds 5 lbs of freon. Proceeded to tell me that there was leak on the condensing unit (because of some rust?) as well as the a-coil, and that both would need to be replaced. Yet the tape I used on the door to seal it back up after cleaning the coil was untouched. Sure guys, let me just fork over $3000 or whatever he asked to replace everything so you can install a 410a condensing unit and the required evaporator to go with it, all because it needed less that a half pound of R-22 and is now running well? Scam.

I came home on Sunday night to a water leak from my upstairs bathroom. Big Frog came first thing before anymore damage to my ceiling occurred. They were able to stop the leak quickly and educate me on how to prevent this problem in the future. Professional and knowledgeable all around. Will use again.

Well at least they showed up. Cause last night they didn’t. Needed two issues fixed and they left without even looking at my leaking drain from my tub into my basement and they did unclogged the kitchen drain at least, I guess I a got one done but still have my leak on that , Ohh boy. Make your own opinion from what I experienced. Nice guys friend and respectful. Just not happy about still having a leaking issue.

My husband & I have been customers of Gurney Bush for maybe 6+ years. They are a quality organization with individuals who work hard to please their customers. I have never been displeased with the service I’ve received through the years.
Although I was told yesterday we needed to have pipes jetted to release whatever was going on with sewer backup, this morning Justin & Dave arrived & actually said it wasn’t necessary. They worked to clear up the situation thereby alleviating the need for the expensive jetting. I so appreciated their honesty.

Today Tom Means & his wonderful partner returned to jet the main line after discovering (through the video they took of my sewer line), 3 large root balls, which would have caused huge problems in the basement of our home. They were extremely kind, professional individuals I welcomed to handle this issue. I am always grateful for their fabulous service, & will never call another organization. Total peace of mind.

Cannot emphasize how much I hate home repairs! When my toilet broke, Indy Water Heater and Softener replied immediately. Danny went to the store and took pictures for me of toilets to choose from and Ronda quickly got me scheduled for an install. Dominick, the installer was awesome! He called me well ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. He then showed up promptly and did a fantastic job! He even showed up with a sense of humor! Five stars to Dominick and the whole team at Indy Water Heater and Softener. I will absolutely use them again should the need arise.

Jacob and Robin came to clean my air ducts today and were incredible from the time they got here until they left. My house was pretty messy and we had to move some furniture in order to get to a vent, they were very pleasant and professional. They explained what they were doing and allowed me to see what was going on. 100% would recommended these two guys to everyone!

David put in a new kitchen sink faucet in for us and it was a real pain in the butt I could tell but he kept his cool and finished the job quickly and it works awesome now. We originally called him because we had a leak somewhere in the wall in the kitchen and he found it immediately, cut the drywall behind the dishwasher and repaired the pipes and did a great job!
We called him a second time because of the great job he did for us the first time to disconnect a water softener in my daughters house and he had it done in no time and she was very pleased with the communication and the work and said she will recommend him to her friends!

Excellent service, in time and affordable pricing. Donny completed my repair but they can.all do the job. Highly recommend!

The workers were very respectful and responsible. They cleaned up and protected my floor, walls and carpet. I recommend them highly!

Buy 75 year old father-in-law use their service today 5 minutes after they left he runs the water the drink still backing up. He calls to see if he can come back out only to be verbally abused by the man who says he is the owner using swear words for no other reason then to be mean I guess. I don't understand why this would happen but will never use the service again.

They came out to unclog a main drain. They were not successful because their cable wasn't long enough. They rescheduled to come out with a bigger machine. But they didn't show and didn't call. When I called, Denice said they were on another job but would come out after that. When they still hadn't come out I called in one more time. That's when Denice told me they wouldn't be able to come that day at all. But no one had bother to let me know until I called. She said they could schedule for the following week. Instead I went with another company that could come out on Saturday. But that company only had a 100 ft cable and that wasn't long enough. So I tried one more time with Curt and Jerry because they confirmed they had a longer cable. I scheduled it for today but told Denice several times that it couldn't be between 2:15 and 3:15 when I had another commitment. That's exactly when service person called to notify that he was on his way. When I told him I couldn't make it then, he asked if my tenant could. I told him I would check and call back. It took all of two minutes to learn that in fact my tenant was home and could meet them. But by the time I called back serviceman said he was already on his way to another job and couldn't do it, but said he'd come over afterwards which should be some time around 3 pm. I called at 3:30, Denice couldn't tell me when they would be over but assured me I was next and they would be over today. I asked if she could check with them to make sure they could make it. She said she couldn't bother them. They never came. When I tried calling around 4:30 - office was already closed. Denice never called to let me know they wouldn't be coming over. Pretty lousy customer service. I'm disappointed because I had used Curt and Jerry before and they did good work. But this was repeatedly poor customer service.
