They had a plumber over in 20 minutes and it was fixed right away. We never have to call them back because they fix it right the first time. Their prices are reasonable. They are a great company with great staff.

HPS kept me informed at all times, responded quickly, and were able to find and repair the leak so I could have running water. The service providers were professional, made the repair quickly, and charged a fair price. Thank you!

This morning my parents toilet began to leak, I asked around for some reliable and honest plumbers and was referred to Turbo Home Services! I’m so glad this is the route we chose because they did not disappoint! Joseph was accompanied by another coworker (didn’t catch his name, sorry) they were in & out within a hour & half! Very nice, respectful and quick! Also, we were told their estimated time of arrival would be around 7-8 pm tonight!! But, surprisingly they arrived around 5:30 pm and was done before the time we were quoted! I definitely recommend Turbo Home Services to anyone with plumbing needs and not looking to break the bank! A couple of weeks back, One Call sent out a technician to help on our AC on a Sunday. As it happened, the AC started working before he got there, but TJ did an outstanding job checking out the unit, and suggesting attic vents based on a infrared check of our house. We will act on that suggestion in the near future. TJ was friendly and went the extra mile. We will call on One Call if we have future issues.

Call John, pay more.. or however that jingle goes. The plumbing technician was so uneducated on how pipes were configured they ended up refunding my $49 fee. The technician also recommended hydrojet services for a kitchen sink clog at $350. I scheduled it for 4pm-8pm. I get a text at 8am saying the tech is on his way.After calling to tell them about this error, I asked if they would still honor my quote as I asked about in an email 3 days before the scheduled service. No one ever answered my question. They end up basically calling me a liar and said I didn't speak to a representative and informed me that they wouldn't honor the quote. The regular hydrojet price is $750. I considered it a sign to just decline their services.They are so unorganized that they still sent a tech at 4pm. The crazy part is it was the same incompetent tech that I specifically asked them not to send. Long story short, the next day I cleared the drain myself with my $20 auger from the local hardware store.

They are assigned to me from my home warranty company. They came in on time, showed up with a mask on , figured out the problem and replaced under sink pipes. And they took care of another issue I had at no extra charge. They are going to be my go to plumber and will request them through my home warranty for future plumbing issues.

There was a leak in the air conditioning in my office that was getting some things wet, so I looked for an emergency service, luckily Turbo was here in Houston and they were able to send me a local technician near me who fixed it. ?

We used Pickett Plumbing/Malek Electrical to install a whole house generator. The salesman was great and helped us with some issues we had with the office staff when scheduling. The installation teams were professional and keep us apprised throughout the day.
