Five star recommendation for Nextdoor Electric. I had a light fixture and dimmer switch installed in my kitchen. Their estimate was the much lower than the other estimates and very fair. Tae gave me the estimate and did the install that same day. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and did excellent work. I have been searching for an electrician that is trustworthy for awhile and I have finally found them with Nextdoor Electric.

Just had a lot of electrical work completed and I can't say enough about the speed and quality of the work. Had to dig a trench for 130 feet of buried electrical conduit and pull wiring for same. Installed two additional lighting fixtures, replace wrong size electrical breakers for our air conditioning equipment and correct some sloppy work from the original builder of the home in the primary breaker box. Very pleased with Scott the tech that did all of the work and was assisted by Colby.

It was an overall exceptional experience from beginning to end. I was able to secure an appointment for a free estimate in a short time. Drew the technician was prompt in his arrival. He offered to remove his shoes which was a thoughtful gesture. After the estimate and my approval he quickly went to work. He quoted me 1.5 hours to complete the job and he was right on. The workmanship was clean and concise. He made sure I was pleased with the work before he left. I am glad that I called West Houston Electric.

The electricians were on time, professional, courteous and informed me of their process. They were here for two and a half days. At the end of the day, the electrician guided me and explained what had been done that day and what needed to be done next. On the last day I wanted to install a wall oven, but the socket had to be moved higher. When I asked him to take a look at the situation, he accepted the task without hesitation. I am very satisfied with the work done by Excel Electricians in Houston.

This electrician company is by far the best since 16 years homeowner.Ive hired them serval times to switch out light switches, replacement and relocation of panel box to having my Cummins Generator installed.From the initial inquiry response, on time appointment to the finished projects TLS has been very mindful of my budget, time, and placement of products with safety always being their number one priority. James is one of the owners who followed up to make sure of my satisfaction. But Matt is the star of the show. He is very knowledgeable and skilled also througholy tests his work before the job is completed. They don't cut corners on their work. He also takes great pride in his work and that leaves me with confidence and reassurance that my home is in good hands. This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!

They did a great job,alot of work busting up concrete and fixing drains. Just waiting for them to put cement back but very happy would definatley recomend john moore

Called to ask about an estimate and was essentially yelled at for asking for the quote. I think if my husband had called, it would have been a very different scenario. Will never use them.
