Had some pipes burst during a recent freeze when I was out of town. Called Cooper Plumbing and had an appointment later that day. Nice and efficient, had work finished and water in the house back on within an hour or two. Will use next time I need plumbing services

Nice plumber. Job completed. Work required: connection of drain from ice maker; leaking sink and faucet in utility room, running toilet. 4.5 hrs and $150 parts total $760.00. No Kohler parts on truck. Work completed: 2 Strainers and drains replaced, o-ring in faucet; toilet bowl had to be removed to replace leaking valve. When drain line connected to piping for ice maker, strainer drained leaked afterwards. Longer than expected and higher cost than expected. You be the judge as to how I faired.

I called on Saturday morning after having a pipe burst under the kitchen sink. We had shut of our water main, and quickly needed someone to come by so we could get our water turned back on. I called at about 11am, positive that they wouldn't be able to fit us in on such short notice. They quickly marked my job as urgent and I was given a 2pm-6pm window. Rigo stopped by soon after, quickly diagnosed the problem, and gave me two different options for how he could go about fixing it. He didn't try to sell me on any unnecessary work, and clearly explained the perks of both options. He finished the job quickly, and came to speak to me before starting each new step of the process, so I knew exactly what was going on. Very courteous from start to finish. He even identified an unrelated issue we were having with out garbage disposal, and I hope to have him back in later this week to fix that. I will definitely be using this company again.

Mr. Vossler was responsive and polite over the phone but his technician showed complete lack of professionalism. Ricardo showed up to my house on the wrong day, without even calling ahead when he was on his way. In order to replace my water shutoff valve, Ricardo wanted to use a dirty old part which had been rolling around in his van, and he gave me attitude when I asked for a fresh part so I could have confidence in the longevity of the new valve. Ricardo also increased the quoted price without justification. After calling Mr. Vossler to complain, he told me he would make it right but he has never followed up on his word.
