Best Water Tank Leaking in Houston TX

My service was not an emergency to me it was to my wife lol. I did call this morning they came out this afternoon it was finished within an hour and the price was fair! The technician was courteous, And he left the work area, my bathroom, as he found it, clean. I will be recommending Cooper Plumbing Houston.

Roto-Rooter sent Jack (#560) to our home to fix a broken water heater. During the appraisal, Jack was very honest as to what the repairs were to cost, was extremely friendly and polite, and even more friendly to our dog! Nice plumber. Job completed. Work required: connection of drain from ice maker; leaking sink and faucet in utility room, running toilet. 4.5 hrs and $150 parts total $760.00. No Kohler parts on truck. Work completed: 2 Strainers and drains replaced, o-ring in faucet; toilet bowl had to be removed to replace leaking valve. When drain line connected to piping for ice maker, strainer drained leaked afterwards. Longer than expected and higher cost than expected. You be the judge as to how I faired.

What is great is they could come the same day. They also gave an estimate before coming which is great!

had an awful situation that needed immediate attention. called them...and they came out within 2 hours after i called (on a saturday afternoon). the plumber was nice, professional, PUNCTUAL and explained everything throughly. i did not give 5 stars because they are quite pricey. will use again in the event of an emergency

I rarely write reviews but this company warrants another 5 star review. I have had poor experience with contractors in TX because of a lazy approach to their business. Rude on phones, miss appointments and try to rip you off.ORY's and special accolades to Charlie for understanding the true concept of customer service. Won't go through the details but called for assistance wit a shower that kept running water. Well beyond a drip. We had some issues with the repair initially but Charlie stepped up and had open communication with me to really want to work out the situation.It was all resolved to my satisfaction and the 5 star review is for a company that understands and practices customer service.ory's is my go-to plumber for any future needs.
