Very friendly technician came out super fast but quoted almost 500$ to top-snake a stoppage in a bathroom sink on our 15 year old home with perfect access. He did spend 10 minutes in the home to take pictures and 30min in the car to prepare a 'quote'. We paid the 60$ visit fee and look on for better value. There is no reason they can't quote this stuff over a phone or zoom call. This company is waisting their time driving around to find people who are willing to overpay and that's what you pay for. Become a member with them or get a home warranty but don't cold call them if you want to avoid duplicating my experience.Update. A 20$ bottle of drain unclog chemicals from home Depot did the job in an hour and the sink is working like a champ again.

I needed someone to troubleshoot an issue. Abacus sent an experienced guy who approached it like a scientist. Checking everything in a certain order and had it figured out. He explained why I had the problem and what he was doing to fix it. I'm very impressed.

This was one if the worst experiences we have had with a repair man. Justin Nedina was rude, disrespectful, and dishonest. He took two minutes to look at the issue and then came back telling me I need to replace everything. After he left, I went back and looked at the system and found the problem was something caused by Mission during a previous job and fixed it quite easily in less than 5 minutes.

Brent showed up on time, assessed the situation and showed me the photos to confirm what he was saying. The price for coming out was as stated and he did a great job. He covered his shoes with footies so as not to get dirt on the floor, was polite, knowledgeable and Professional.

The plumber was polite and punctual. However he immediately began trying to upsell a $49 drain snake for a $1200.00 jet clear, before even bringing the snake into the house. Then he only had 25 feet on his drum, so he didn’t clear my blockage. I paid him and scheduled a different plumbing company for tomorrow. Don’t recommend John Moore services.

The service man was extremely professional. He fixed my issue in an expedient manner and instructed me on preventative measures that I can take to avoid subsequent clogs.

I needed them to come back to finish fixing a leak in my toliet. I was in a text thread with the dispatcher and technician. The technician randomly jumped into the conversation and accused me of lying (for literally no reason - it was weird).I typically don’t report / complain about bad work, but now that the technician crossed the line I’ll give a blunt review of their work:Extremely rude, lazy, and didn’t try to figure out what the problem was and just recommended to replace the whole toliet. I just had another company check it out, and they said all I had to do was replace a small part because there was a crack in it. Would’ve costed me $1,000+ if I just listened to the tech and replaced the entire toilet. Instead, it costed me ~$150.Extremely disappointed and would never recommend turbo to anyone.

We called Air Tech for the heating system maintenance. Efrain did an excellent job and thoroughly explained everything. We have not been disappointed!!
