Technician Javier Murillo went above and beyond to explain the problem and suggest solutions. With a damaged non working water heater, Mr. Murillo diagnosed and fixed the issues within 3.5 hrs and this includes him going to pick up a part.

We were experiencing electrical issues and reached out to John Moore Services and scheduled an electrician to inspect our set up. Mr. Jedd Johnson was dispatched and arrived on time as promised. He very quickly identified our issues and explained what was causing our problems and the safety risks that we had in a clear and professional manor. He outlined why we were having the problems and made recommendations on what repairs were needed to return our electrical service back up to code and SAFE operations. Mr. Johnson completed the work and again explained why it was necessary. We are very pleased with the work and greatly appreciated the time that Mr. Johnson took to ensure that we understood what and why the repairs were required. He was a true professional. This was our first experience with John Moore Services and we couldn't be more pleased with the professional work that was conducted.
