Giving a 5 as he just finished.. Leo was super polite and seemed very knowledgeable about the problem.. took his time explaining everything to me. So far so good.. we now are catching up laundry and showers after 32 hours with no water!

This company was the best. They came to my home to replace my water heater. it was from 1999 and leaking red water all over my cealing. they came in protected my carpits with dropcloths and changed the heater and i feel my house was cleaner after they left. the were verry responsive to my questions and keeped me informed the whole time over all the best experience with a plumber ive ever had

I've used TDT Plumbing previously so I called them when I developed a water leak on one of my outdoor pipes. Left a message for them and received a prompt response. The technician, Julio Luis, was able to come out and fix the problem immediately. Same day service. I also had him come out the next day and upgrade a pipe. Same great service. Received a follow up phone call from the office. If you are in need a good reliable, prompt and friendly plumbing company, I highly recommend them.

They are quick to respond to calls for help, information and service. And they know how to do plumbing correctly. I'm glad I found them; they were recommended by a friend.

Have used Mission AC several times now in the past year (the joys of having an OLD system). Every time they have been extremely quick in their response time to a service request and have always either been on-time, or given me prompt and accurate updates to their projected arrival time. Technicians are also very professional and always wear plastic booties over their work boots to keep from tracking in outside dirt. Highly recommend.

Alex was extremely responsive he arrived within no time of me making my appointment. He called me before he came, he was extremely professional & he charged me an extremely fair price! I recommend Alex for ANY repairs. His service was great.

Christian went above and beyond what I would consider AC maintenance. He let me know that my attic fan was not working, which is a problem considering I have expensive and new equipment in the attic. He also discussed with me media filters and I did not even know they existed. He also followed through with my other requests and really appreciate his work ethic. He is very knowledgeable, intelligent with a Physics degree (I got a C in college Physics and Astronomy) and I would wholeheartedly recommend him.

additional Items were installed that did not have to installed. I was sold a bill of goods. Iwanted a 40 gallon water tank and got a 38 Gallon tank. A Pressure alve was installed on my main water line. and another tank installed above my tank. I have a shower head that can stop the flow of water. It was always the same temperatue when I turned it on and off. Now the tempiture varies from hot to cold

I just looked at this review today. I called the guy up since everyone had positive things to say about him. Master Plumber and owner of the company came out. He looked at my problem and right away knew what he needed to do. He took the time to explain and went to work. He told me that he might have to make a mess inside the office because it looked like it was too clogged up. I told him I couldn't have that because we see patients everyday. He said he would have to look at the man hole and see where our pipe was and if he could do it. Right away he took his machine out and started working outside in a filthy man hole full of roaches. The guy did it. Our pipes were so clogged up, I really didn't think we were going to get it fixed without tearing this place apart. But he did it. Very professional, courteaus and willing to explain the entire process. Thanks for a job well done.

Fast, friendly, affordable. Ken came out on a Sunday after church and fixed our broken hose pipe for the amount he quoted over the phone and in the time frame he estimated. He upgraded our pipe to a better quality pipe, mount and spigot and didn't upcharge me. I gave him some mint from our garden. :)

I know when Peter comes out to my properties the Job gets done above and beyond. His communication of the Job completion is AMAZING. Super respectful, and professional. I can speak for most of the managers I work with and owners; when we have our weekly meetings or Board meetings if S&K was dispatched for whatever reason, Peter is announced with props. Recently another plumber was dispatched and was not happy with his communication and received a bit of rudeness. Peter was off but immediately came to help out and I felt 100x relived. We used Pickett Plumbing/Malek Electrical to install a whole house generator. The salesman was great and helped us with some issues we had with the office staff when scheduling. The installation teams were professional and keep us apprised throughout the day.
