Had a great experience with Blue Frog from scheduling the appointments to fixing the water heater. The technician was prompt, courteous, and professional. They made every effort for me to understand each issue I had in getting the water heater fixed. Blue Frog had good communication, very helpful in placing the items for me, and did an excellent job. I'm giving Texas Quality Plumbing a 5/5 stars even though my experience wasn't perfect. I brought them in after another Plumbing service said they cleared the line but didn't and refused to stand behind their work. TQP sent a guy out who couldn't clear the clog and felt it was in the city's line. The City said it wasn't in their line and TQP sent someone back out for another evaluation when I called back. He discounted the running of a jetter to break through the blockage due to the initial misdiagnosis. They got the line cleared AND cleaned up the area which was greatly appreciated. I definitely recommend their service, it means a lot to me when someone is helpful, stands behind their work and is cordial if there are issues.

I found the company on HomeAdvisor. The company responded fast. The representative was very nice and customer service oriented. I received a free in home eatimate the next day! That impressed me because its hard to get service that fast. The plumber that came is Thomas. Thomas called and came within the time frame given. He was so nice. He gave me all the information and let me know the steps he was going to take to complete the job. He cleaned up after himself. He wore a mask. THE PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE! I ADDED A ADDITIONAL JOB WHILE HE WAS HERE. Im very impressed. Im definitely using this company for all my future plumbing needs.

It was an open appointment, so I was able to run my errands because you do get called before the tech show up. I received a text letting me know they were running a bit behind. In my book I consider that being professional. When my tech, Zach arrived he was very professional, he wore shoe covers to protect my floor, he was nice. He explained everything to me as far as price.

I got my plumbing things done for my commercial property. Angela is very reasonable and friendly to work with. She saved me a lot compared to other companies as they wanted to change most of parts which were in good condition. I'm glad I found Byrd's and Angela for plumbing services.

Wish I could give a review of their actual work but after leaving work early for an a scheduled appointment that never showed even after several follow up calls (one if not two answered somewhat rudely) by the number listed here I’m not at all impressed.
