They helped me find and repair a gas leak. My technician was prompt, courteous, and provided me with multiple options for the repair. Every effort was made to make sure I understood each step of the process and was satisfied. I will use again for any plumbing needs I may have!

Got some water stain on the ceiling. I'm a pretty DIY person, so I cut the ceiling trying to fix it myself, but couldn't even locate the leakage.Called Nathan up since they are located quite close to my home. They quickly located the issue was the loosen bath tub drain cover. The leakage was small so hard to notice. Glad they were able to spot it. Sometimes, I have to admit DIY just can't match professional's experience.They quickly fix it with a reasonable price. Great job.

Used Roto-Rooter to have a vanity installed in the bathroom. Initially, Technician # 2212 did the job, but it was not correctly done. I contacted Rotor Rooter and Jim, the General manager, took complete ownership of the issue. He promptly had a master and near-master plumber respond, evaluate the issues, and correct the job at no additional cost. They did a fantastic job and resolved all issues. They cleaned up after themselves and remained professional throughout the entire project. It has been relayed that the initial technician is no longer with the company. I give Roto-Rooter 5 stars for acknowledging the problem, and promptly responding to resolve it. And the workmanship was spectacular.

Redfin was extremely professional. They were on time, courteous and kept me informed on the appointments and arrival time. They were upfront with the cost of materials and labor and reasonably priced. The plumber was very nice and professional. I am very pleased with Redfin and have already made a referral to my assistant. I will use them again if necessary.

My experience was during the week of the freeze when everyone’s pipes burst in Houston. They helped us out because they were in the neighborhood while they were dealing with constant phone calls and appointments. They showed excellent customer service when it wasn’t really required at the time and did a repair to get us running water again.

We called with a water emergency after the freeze and received an immediate - incredibly helpful response from James. Will use again for any future plumbing issues!

We had a pipe rupture in our garage last night. we turned off the main valve and contacted them this morning to see about getting service. Fast, friendly, affordable. Ken came out on a Sunday after church and fixed our broken hose pipe for the amount he quoted over the phone and in the time frame he estimated. He upgraded our pipe to a better quality pipe, mount and spigot and didn't upcharge me. I gave him some mint from our garden. :)

I recently used Pedro with Major League Plumbing. He came highly recommended by my neighbors, and I had really good experience.My water heater went out days before a 40-degree cold snap in Houston. I contacted him, and he made time in his schedule to come out same day. He was very communicative, giving me text updates as his schedule and ETA adjusted.He came out, assessed the problem, and made the needed repair to get the water heater back online.He was respectful of my home while here. He made sure his shoes were clean before entering, and he didn't leave any mess after completing the job.Price was very fair, and I did not walk away feeling gouged like you sometimes can when using one of the bigger, well-marketed plumbing companies in Houston.I’ll be using Major League Plumbing again.

This is our first time using this company and pleased with the services and professionalism of Armando. He kept us informed of his arrival and the entire time, he complied with facial mask and clean the work area before leaving. Very please with service. Will keep his contact for future reference. We had a leak under the sink, had a rep out sooner then anticipated. The price was reasonable compared to other companies I shopped. He explained by detail what he was doing and was extremely helpful.
