I have had continuous plumbing problems, specifically sink backing up, which fills up my dishwater, quite a mess. I live in an older home in Lazybrook, so this is to be expected. I emailed Halo Sunday evening, and Halo promptly called me Monday morning at 8:15 am. I mention this because many times I have called plumbers (or other trademen) who never return my call or make an appointment and NEVER even show up. Loren Brusatori, owner of Halo was at home at 9:30 am. I found him to be both professional and knowledgeable. He was very efficient, polite and thorough. He did not try to pressure sell me on other things which I asked him about, I really appreciate this because many times I find tradesmen will do their best to pad their bill. I will MOST DEFINITELY be calling Halo back out to do other more extensive plumbing work, in the next couple of weeks.

I had a major plumbing issue under my house. Raymond with Bluefrog came out, assessed the situation and began work the next day.They are very professional plumbers. I had an extra issue arise and Raymond notified my immediately and we were able to take care of the problem. I highly recommend Bluefrog Plumbing.

First, Never use them, they are super expensive and totally looking to rip your head off. The estimator was shocked that I knew so much about AC and quickly went into , I am going to try and reason with the customer and explain why I am going to attempt to rip you off and overcharge you. I ask him some basic questions and he was in panic. He was 3 times more expensive on just Freon.He was upset I knew more than him and he was at a disadvantage, He than ask, What I wanted to pay? My response was, You are here to give me an estimate , not ask me what I am willing to pay, He then melted down and said, we have 401k , cell phones, company vehicles and get paid well, Not like most places, I said, all I want is a fair price, you don’t have to explain why you are going to knock my head off, Please Give Me the Price. He then mumbled and said, 6k ? He said, we are not cheapest and not for everybody. I told him what I paid for the unit next door and other units I own, He said , we don’t cater to investors and rentals. I said, I know what you cater to , people who are uninformed and don’t mind getting ripped off. DO NOT USE THEM!! They pray off uninformed weak consumers. I knew when I called a call center, I was in trouble. I despise companies who use these sales tactics and how they pray off gullible and weak consumers. They know what they do is wrong and they are the most expansive company for plumbing and air conditioning that you will ever call. Stay away. The sales tactics the guy used were poor. Who ask ? How much do you wanna spend ? Really????? Stay as far away as you can!!!They proved my point and I knew that is what they are about, You can find better plumbers and air conditioning companies that will treat you fair, this is not one of them, You will be paying 2 to 3 times more and that is not right, Be warned Now!!!

This guy can't even keep his appointment. He wanted to epoxy my 60-year-old galvanized pipes. VERY SHADY COMPANY !!! STAY AWAY.

They try to sell you everything they can by keeping you in the dark about what is happening. The tech casually ignored that my parts were under warranty and said I had to buy a whole new coil for $6000 because the unit is showing low Freon ratings. Never said he could fill up and just search for the leak, which I later found on the write up he had to do. When I pointed out that the parts are under warranty he said I had to wait until they check the warranty a few days later and I’m stuck with a broken a/c until then. Keep your $40 fee to come out. I won’t be using your business.

The technicians were very professional and timely. They waited a few minutes for me to arrive home. They didn't haggle me on the price. I would refer them to everyone i know.

A lot of people get fed up when they have a garbage disposal leak ,but not me. Instead, I calm myself down and simply call your plumbers over to fix it.

We needed a plumber ASAP in the Bellaire area. I called Perot Plumbing and Chris answered the phone and was at our location within 30 minutes. He was quick, efficient, and kind. He fixed us all up and it only took a few minutes since he had the parts needed on hand. I would call Chris for any plumbing needs. As well as recommend Perot Plumbing to anyone.

We had been making calls all morning searching for someone to help with a leak/ sewage emergency in one of the bathrooms. After multiple attempts with other businesses and promises to return our calls, I finally came across a reputable company that answered right away. I spoke with Morgan, she understood our concerns and was able to get 2 of their employees, Armando and A.J., out to address said issues in a timely manner (within a few hours ??yay!! Got to get that ? outa here!!)They were very professional and knowledgeable, explaining everything as they went along with the work and financial responsibilities that come with it. Giving us the opportunity to decide if we want to compare rates ( ?Pshaw!! As if I would look anywhere else ? Communication, honesty AND hard working? Can be hard to come by these days!)They did what they could for today, but due to unforeseen circumstances, they weren’t able to finish (to No fault of their own) so they went above and beyond by working us in for tomorrow so they can start on completing this complicated issue with the plumbing. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be utilizing their services again!
